Very comfortable accommodation. Well placed to explore Cornwall if you have transport. We also enjoyed the Welcome Pack! 😊

The apartment was lovely. Warm, comfortable exceptionally clean and well equipped. Kerry was a fabulous host who had left a welcome box of goodies which was such a treat. Hope to return again next year.

Lovely, home from home place to stay. Quiet location. Really convenient for Wadebridge and surrounding area.

Close to Wadebridge town centre, as well as the main road across the north of Cornwall making it a great spot for seeing lots of places. Spacious for 2 adults with a lounge and dining space. lovely little treats left for us on arrival.

Parking was a little awkward, not clear where to park and lots of other cars around so had to reverse down a long hilly drive.

Lovely clean property in a great location. Nice welcome hamper too.

Secluded, convenient for Wadebridge and North Cornwall resorts

I would have expected a washing machine, otherwise it is well equipped. The welcome pack was very welcome.

A lovely apartment in a convenient location - walking distance from the centre of Wadebridge and plenty of local amenities. Short drive from Padstow, Polzeath, and Port Isaac. Apartment had everything you’d need; comfy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, and the hosts left some lovely goodies that we very much enjoyed! Thank you so much!

We had bad weather during our stay and I would just say that the decked balcony and stairs could be tricky for those less mobile so definitely a consideration. That said, they had put anti slip strips down on the stairs that helped!

The apartment was very well presented and it had lovely views too. We had a welcome pack full of treats and the apartment was well stocked with appliances and essential items. There was clear information from the host. Everything was clean and tidy with modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were of a good size. It was close to shops and Wadebridge Town. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Ideal location for visiting all parts of Cornwall. Close proximity to centre of Wadebridge.

It was tastefully decorated, supplied with everything we needed. There was milk in the fridge and a basket of goodies. And the setting was quiet.

The plug in the wash basin in the bathroom lets the water drain away. The hot water in the shower could have been a little warmer

Wonderful location and the facilities were exceptional. Kerry had provided a goodie basket which made us feel very at home. The rooms are light and airy and the separate dining area a welcome change from the usual combined sitting/kitchen/lounge.

A little snack box provided. Treats and essentials (milk juice) etc were a big help. One minute into the town for local restaurants/supermarkets for supplies if needed. Overall for us, the location suited as a base to explore parts of Cornwall.

I like a very hot shower. Just one bathroom didn’t get hot enough how I like it. Other than that. The apartment was perfect.
