Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Pool und auch der gesamte Garten sind sehr schön. Alle 4 Tage wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert, Danke nochmals dafür. Von der Unterkunft waren verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Stromkosten waren ziemlich hoch. Über 1000kWh für 12 Nächte, wobei wir 3 Tage davon nicht vor Ort waren. Das sollte man bedenken.

The pool and grounds were nice though outside of the villa grounds it is a horrible road and wasteland at the back.

We had no water several times and had to call maintenance. Two of the showers were mouldy but luckily there were 3 others. There is an additional charge for electric and the price is extortionate. We stayed for 3 nights. The first night we arrived at 10pm. The following two days we were out all day, we left at 6am on the third day and we were charged 1,962 bahts for electric (equivalant to £46). We did not leave the air con on during the day when we were out so we were surprised that it was so much for such a short time. My son lived in Phuket until January this year and his monthly electric bill was 2000 bahts. I would not stay here again because the electric charge otherwise I think the villa is ok for a short stay. I would not want to spend more than 4 days there.
