The location, the style, the staff it was great
The only downer was only one toilet and shower to share.

Very central and beautiful
The smoking in the pokies area

Great location. Friendly staff.
Good foods.
Hot water in showers take ages to get warm. (Not a major problem)
Also probably the only hotel that don’t provide tea and coffee in the room in Australia, have to buy it downstairs. ( Really Suck). Making plenty of $$ in pokies, tea and coffee shouldn’t need to buy it. Staff ask me to play pokies to get free coffee and tea, thumbs down 👎.
Pillows are getting old and some are getting way too soft.
The only main reason coming back to this place is close to the Sydney Market.
