Perfect accommodation if you are looking for a comfortable stay near Zurich Airport (just 3 min drive). Beautifully decorated. stylish and very spacious room. Super confi bed and very well adapted facilities for disabled guests. Highly recommend

Horrible breakfast, not much for choice and with old bread and pastry.
Absolutely dirty and discussing the coffee machine in the room. The machine was never cleaned and when you try to get just hot water, brown and dirty water came out, this is a serious health risk issue.
On the departure morning before 10am housekeeping lady once knocked on the door and the next moment just went in, without waiting for any response.from us. Then she closed the door without any apology.
The hotel didn't ask for any deposit, but completely recorded all credit card details in their system during check-in, even though it was room already prepaid. This can cause security problems for the card holder, and I will need to ask my bank for the new card after the Easter holiday.

We liked the interior, the facilities and the staff. Had a really good shower after a long flight. We enjoyed our stay!
Unfortunately my partner and I both got a bed bug bite from the night we stayed at the hotel. Also we could hear the noise from our next room.

It’s fairly close to the airport and easily reachable by public transport.

Flughafen sehr gut erreichbar (hochfrequente Busverbindung auch zu Randzeiten), Personal freundlich, Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Trotz Nähe zu Flughafen und Hauptstrasse ruhiges Zimmer. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The room is new and modern. It's very clean.
I do not have things I dislike here.

Breakfast choice was excellent for those who have a big breakfast.
Very expensive if you only have youghurt and fruit, like us.
The bar wasn't open at 23.30 and we would have liked a glass of wine. We had been in a plane most of the day.
We ended up with a 1/2 bottle from the boutique.
The pillows felt like they were filled with air.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room was well-appointed, comfortable beds, great shower and very quiet.
Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and bars, and easy walk to the airport (without a suitcase). The airport bus for 2.7 euros is just across the road and runs every 6 minutes or so.
Unable to see out the window, due to fixed window covering, however no big deal, and this didn't affect our stay

The property met all of our expectations. We need to stay close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised.
I request a wake up call that never happened.

just the location
The room wasn’t clean properly, when I get in the room the Toilet sit was dirty. They don’t provide a hand washing liquid just for shower.

Location is close to the airport, we were able to walk there. Staff were all very helpful. Our room was perfect for our one night stay due to a long layover. Would recommend it to anyone.

Clean.
Checked in and out in this hotel 2 times during our visit. Both times we had to wait about 20 minutes for check in since only one person was working in the reception. No one helped to speed up the process, however we saw another hotel employees speaking with the reception person.
25 CHF per day for the parking is very expensive. Can be reduced for the hotel guests.
