Nice, quiet neighborhood. There were convenient places to eat and buy stuff. The apartment was complete with almost everything we needed. Loved the balcony!

There was no bidet at the toilet. That was inconvenient for us. There is no elevator so it was a struggle getting our luggages up the stairs. A deodorizer would help clear the air a bit.

The apartment turned out exactly as described in the advertisement. The place was spacious, clean, well-maintained, near to groceries, convenience stories, the train station, and restaurants, and had all the amenities and items needed for a comfortable stay. We had such a nice stay it felt like we can stay here for an extended period of time. The staff were approachable and fast to respond to queries and concerns too. Will definitely stay here again when the opportunity comes.

The host / online management/customer service was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. It was a pleasant experience renting this property. The property is also super well equipped, and it very suitable for long stays. It is also more spacious than others and has a private room.

Most of the table shelf floor surfaces, especially the sofa bed was kinda dusty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves.

Location was good. Near supermarket down the block. train station was a 5 minute walk.

Did not have enough toilet paper. Body wash soap was empty.

The heater worked very well. Taking baths/showers was my favorite part. The host was responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

The location was a bit far from tourist attractions...

I was very clean and comfortable.

The staff are kind and nice. The apartment has all the supply we need and very reasonable price.
