Only can stand for eating, There are stains in the gap of toilet seat, it’s uncomfortable. Clear windows will be wonderful.

The place was honestly located in an good but awkward area--in the sense that it was neither "close" to the main stations (about 10 min walk to a Midosuji line station, 15 mins to Shin-osaka station, probably 10 mins to a Hankyu line stn.) but still good enough as you have cheaper, accessible options on whichever station u need to go. Its near to multiple convenience stores, around an 8-10 min walk to a Mcdonalds, Nakau (japanese fast food), a 24 hrs grocery store, and multiple local restaurants and bento box stores. The place is well equipped (laundry machine, comforter, towels, hair blower). Though, the only equipment in the kitchen is a water heater, and couple of plastic cups and bowl.

Second time staying at this property-- it was that of a good price and value. But i have to put a few scores down as both times i stayed, i noticed that the cleaning was subpar: the beds had an unidentifiable itch and were a bit creaky, the toilet closet was stinky, and the elevators had a foul smell.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Shin-Osaka. The place was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. It was easy to get around, and overall the apartment made our stay pleasant.

There are just a few things that could make the stay even better. We understand that having a gas stove may not be possible, but a microwave would be very useful, especially for heating up food from convenience stores. It would also be nice to have more plates, chopsticks, and cups — there was a kettle, but no cups for tea. The wooden beds were quite squeaky, so perhaps futons could be a good alternative, at least in some rooms. Also, in the bathroom there was shampoo and soap, but no conditioner.

Convenient location, cost per night.

Need to have at least cups for a hot drink. And some basic cutlery. I didn’t like having to send copies of passports electronically and would much prefer to deal with someone in person.
