plenty of space for 4 adults. kitchen facilities nice and open with plenty if space to cook our own meals. located close to area we were competing in. handy to shops

The beds were comfortable and the room had a lot of space. It was clean and there was tea coffee and cleaning products available.. Was in a good area for where we planned to visit. Enjoyed our stay
Didnt like the lounge area no comfortable seating. Couldnt relax too small and no comfy seating. Parking was hit and miss. People took your allocated space.. A light on the outside would be usefull when returnig inthe dark to see key code

It was clean and well equipped for what we needed it for. Conveniently located and close to lots of amenities.

We used the property for two families with young children and it was perfect. The location was great and has lots of amenities on the door step. The property is well organised and it was easy to collect the key on arrival. The parking was good for two cars even tho the property only has one space there was available spaces for other properties which were free. the property was very clean and well kept. there was enough sleeping accommodation for the children and adults and it made a perfect base for two nights. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of things which are essential were provided like towels, tea towels, hair driers, shower gel, hand wash, washing up liquid etc. We all had a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again in the future and recommend to others. Thank you

The house was in a great location for where we needed to be. It was very well equipped.
A couple of the bins in the bedrooms were still full when we arrived

Sofa bed mattress you could feel every spring . Ended up with cut on arm from first night . Second night spent on the floor as was more comfortable

I traveled to attend my mums funeral, the boiler was broken, so no hot water for a shower, the hosts immediately tried to resolve this, they couldn’t fix it in the time before attending the funeral but did send a £50 Amazon gift card in compensation, it was events out of their control, they did all they could and was very professional , and the £50 gift card was a great gesture

The house smells fresh and exceptionally clean.
Kitchen utensils were provided. dishwashing liquids, salt, pepper. There were sets of towels, duvet,
The rooms were spacious. it accommodated 3 families. The living room sofa situated in the kitchen was converted into a full size bed (just enough for me, my husband and my 2 yr old daughter) There is a queen size bed in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Each area has a television and toilet. we had a spare room which has a single bed on it.
We really had a comfortable stay. The area was secured and safe for family travellers plus it is also near Morrisons.
Emma was respectful and very accommodating in answering my questions.
We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location with really good access to amenities locally and close to the town. Parking really helped and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms really spacious and good amount of mirrors.
More comfortable seating in the downstairs area would be nice so we could all sit together.

Fantastic location for a family, shops, takeaways, pub/restaurant with play area all 2 minutes walk away, then with a car only a few minutes to Telford town centre and play park the house is very clean, warm with TVs in all rooms.

The bedrooms are spacious and each had a TV and an easy chair so this was an alternative to all squashing onto the sofa downstairs
It was very close to a wide road junction, it wasn't very busy but we were disturbed by vehicles waiting at the lights with music blaring out.
The living area needed more comfy seating, one small sofa is inadequate for a house that sleeps 5 people.

Very clean, comfy beds, two bathrooms, great communication throughout booking. Lovely and modern. Lots of local food places.
Couldn't get the TV to work in the upstairs bedroom, not a massive deal for us as we didn't really need to use it but some instructions may have been handy, as also an amazon remote control but couldn't figure out what that operated?
