Good location, sleeps 11 great that it has the bedrooms split between upstairs and downstairs
It looks tired and is in desperate need of a decent clean. The bbq was rusted and dirty and didn’t work. On arrival we found a couple of broken items which we reported that day. Communication was good with the owner but perhaps they don’t know that the place has become quite grubby. Under couches and beds there is thick dust and cobwebs and i made the mistake of lifting one of the sofa seat cushions… I don’t think it has ever been cleaned under there as there’s so much food and even an icy pole wrapper under there.

spacious for the family, pool table was great along with back yard for the dogs and location to beach was perfect
unfortunately all the bins were almost full but we managed and took the majority of our rubbish with us

The house was massive, and absolutely beautiful. The view of the beach was amazing. Everything was clean, accessible and the atmosphere was lovely. Great response time and communication with the property owner!
I wish I had known about the magpies liking to come and sit on the balcony and eat, as I have severe ornithophobia and was confined to the downstairs balcony most of the time. There really isn’t much to fault about this place at all!

it was a good size for all the family. very relaxing with lovely views
it was frustrating having to bring our own linen and towels. it would have been much easier had the beds been made up

Communication was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, convenient and good for the price.

It was very relaxing there was plenty of room had a lovely stay with family and the location was good.
Wasn't really anything we didn't like maybe would have liked wifi use.

Great house we only had 5 but can sleep 11 easily. Plenty of room and local magpies come to get a feed too. Stole some toast from our plate haha. Very relaxing atmosphere. The shower upstairs was amazing!!!
Just need the door trims and doorways cleaned looked a bit filthy.

Love the location and the sound of the sea !
The bins were already full from the previous visitors which made it a bit hard for us to dispose off our rubbish but council only collects bins fortnightly so not much that can be done I guess.

Location was great as between Port Elliot and Goolwa. Facilities in property great. Beds really comfy.
Although not beachfront, still had sea views.
Plenty of room, so each person could have their own bedrooms.
A suggestion would be to supply a bath mat as bathroom floor upstairs slippery

Location was awesome, close to everything. Very Clean and would highly recommend
hot water upstairs was really weak , but that was the only complaint.

Excellent location, great secure backyard for dog and kids. Very friendly service, very clean house with plenty of chairs, tables and beds. The deck was lovely with a view of the beach.
Lots of parking spaces. Pool table was a bonus. 3 toilets is great when staying with multiple families. Airy and bright, very enjoyable stay.
The water pressure is very bad in the showers.. don't attempt to wash conditioner out of thick/ long hair. Understand this is a water saving measure and its not a deal breaker.
The DVD player doesn't work downstairs, it can't read any discs.

The location was good and good views. Plenty of room for the family. Great pool table and air hockey, for both adults and kids. Nice and warm on a rainy weekend. Good to have basics in the kitchen like spices, oil etc. Good large stove and big pans to cater for all. The pooch was very happy too.
The BBQ was not very hot and there was no light over it. The door to the en-suite upstairs would not slide.

this house had every thing. it was spotless and we could not of asked for a better place to spend our family time away.
our grandson loved the pool table and our other two grandkids loved the back yard to kick the ball. and at night once the kids went to bed we played games which were provided by the owner, a great big Bbq in the deck and a great view of the ocean. also the child gate at the stairs was great for our 1 yr old grandson. Bed's are comfortable as well.
I don't think I could really fault this place, it was more than we could ask for.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and having a lovely, spacious and clean space with the added bonus of beautiful views, played a large role in the whole experience.

5 bedrooms, lots of room for multiple families staying together. The host was helpful and friendly.
