The location of this hotel was ideal for my work travels. It was bright and airy and the staff welcoming. Clean room with a comfy bed. Nice retail park right next door.

Location was 10/10, free parking with plenty spaces, 5 min walk to tram station called Queens Road where you can get a tram into Market Street (arndale shopping centre) adult return for £3.50, 10 min walk to retail park with nandos, kfc, mcdonalds, tkmaxx, nike, boots etc. Rooms were stylish, tv allowed you to chromecast netfix or youtube etc, cooked breakfast available, e.g sausages, eggs, bacon, bread, beans, cakes, yogurt, free tea/herbal tea and coffee/hot choc free all day, had a room overlooking the carpark so could keep an eye on my car, fantastic value for money and would stay again when in Manchester
A lot of dust on the tv cabinet stand seemed like it had not been cleaned and was not provided loo roll but staff at reception provided me with a new roll when asked

Really great hotel. Stayed here before. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Nice shower room. The bed is comfortable. Close to the transport links to the city centre.
The breakfast quality has declined. The scrambled egg is powdered and inedible. Also the sausages are pool quality. The hot breakfast items used to be much nicer. The selection of breads, pastries and cereals is good however.

It was supposed to be a wheelchair ♿️ user room, unfortunately if I had needed a shower it would not have been possible, not a shower for a wheelchair user.
The corridors & room are very narrow, not much room to manoeuvre a wheelchair.
There was no sheltered area for smokers (not great sitting outside in a wheelchair in Manchester where it has a tendency to rain a lot).
The food was very unimpressive.

Leider kein Kasten im Zimmer und die Betten sind etwas schmal, aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend.

The staff were all friendly and make us feel very welcome. The hotel felt very safe to be at and was at a very convenient location for what we needed.
The only downside we felt was having no kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

The bed was comfortable, and we have stayed there for a few times. It has been amazing, great Internet service and quiet area and staff attending our needs great shower and toilet clean

The hotel is fairly close to the city centre. It's easy to reach by car or public transport (within a stone's throw of a Metrolink station) and there is plenty of parking. Rooms are very quiet and clean. The pillows are decent.
The bed was rock hard, the hotel and room was basic and the corridor had a strong smell of damp.
No in-room tea or coffee facilities (highly inconvenient). Staff in causal attire who seemed a bit indifferent (not bothering greet you when coming or going from the hotel, or bothering to ask if the stay was alright). Before my stay I contacted the hotel to try to arrange and pay for an early check-in. Despite contacting the hotel more than 24 hours in advance, I was told that early check-in was not available even though the hotel and Booking.com state that it is.

My mum booked a room for me and my partner but only booked 1 adult by mistake the man at the desk was so nice he gave me a double room for both of us no fus excellent staff very kind and friendly def stay again

Really lovely hotel, very comfortable and spotless. Staff were great and friendly. Car parking was only £5 for 24 hr for hotel guests and free tea and coffee in reception was really handy. £10 for a taxi to Opera House so great location for a night there/Albert Schloss

The hot choice for breakfast was sausage beans and egg. Didn't eat either morning especially for £12.

Easy to find off the motorways and handy for the city centre (10 minutes by taxi). Plenty of dedicated parking.

Helpful when asked re changes in neec
Could have been more pro active with disability needs e.g. wheelchair could not be got past clothes storage unit. Unable to use shower without shower chair. No note of terms and conditions at time of booking which should have been applied to stay therefore parking was paid then had to be refunded and were asked to leave room an hour before check out agreed at time of booking

Really lovely hotel, modern, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast nice and relaxed. Very friendly staff.
We had a raw egg in the boiled egg bowl that spoiled breakfast one morning but an accident I'm sure. Guests in the room above playing very loud music until 3am but nobody from the hotel there to stop them.
Having to go through reception to get a coffee, not great when you are already changed for bed.

I stayed here with my 13 year old daughter. Room was excellent, beds very comfy! Staff very helpful. And great location next to trams to get us to the city centre. Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate out lovely machines in the reception, to take away etc. My daughter said the hot chocolate was better than Costas!
