Der Empfang Kommunikation mit Personal Freundlichkeit Zimmer war groß und ruhig Zentrale Lage

Hatten ein Behindertengerechtes Zimmer

Es ist bereits unser sechtste Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, uns gefällt hier einfach alles! Sehr zentral, schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen ! Wir freuen auf die nächste Übernachtung hier.

Für einen Kurzbesuch von Mainz und Umgebung bis 3-4 Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden !

The location is an advantage because it's right in the center, was clean and the bed was comfortable too. The view was ok but not wow. The breakfast was also good, they had eggs, ham, prosciutto, cheese, butter, joghurt, fruits, coffee etc.

Based on the pictures, I would have expected to get a balcony but I didn't.

Sehr zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Entfernung zum Dom, eigener Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel, große und ruhige Zimmer mit einfacher, aber funktionaler und einwandfreier Ausstattung.

Das Hotel ist ohne viel Schnickschnack, aber sehr ordentlich, sauber, sehr zentral und die Mitarbeitenden immer freundlich.

Die Betten waren gut, es war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der besten Bacon seit langem :-)

Unter der Dusche stellte ich plötzlich fest, daß der Seifenspender leer war und da man schon naß war und es nichts anderes gab ... Man gab "Pflegeprodukte" an, aber es gab nur ein Einheitswaschgel, wobei der Spender unter der Dusche leer war. Weiterhin sagte man "Schallisolierung", aber man hörte den Bewohner über uns bis spät in die Nacht und vor den Kirchenglocken war man auch nicht isoliert. Krank fand ich, daß an der Rezeption links ein Bild des Papstes hängt und rechts irgendein anderes Kirchenoberhaupt. Ich war auch in anderen Häusern, die der Kirche gehört, doch hier ist es extrem. Keine Dekoration im Zimmer, nur ein Kreuz hängt dort.

Schwaches W-LAN im Zimmer ... für Geschäftsreisen leider nicht sehr gut geeignet.

Sehr große Auswahl, süß, herzhaft und für alle Besonderheiten: vegetarisch, vergan, Müsli mit frei wählbaren Zutaten. Verschiedene Heißgetränke, Säfte

Sijainti erinomainen ja kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin palveluista. Myöskin Reinin kävelyreitit vieressä. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä, mutta kasviksia olisi voinut olla tarjolla enemmän.

Sisäänkirjautuminen olisi voinut olla vähän aiemmin esim klo 12.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location, very friendly staff, very good internet connection, very spacious room and extremely clean.

The bathroom is very small and there isn’t any place to put your toiletries or clothes.

Nice room with a small balcony. The view of the old town is unforgettable. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is tiny but OK - walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is no air conditioning, but you can use a fan to lower the temperature in the room. The breakfast is very tasty with good choices of a variety of food. Optionally, it is possible to park the car in the underground car park (for an additional fee). The hotel is ideally located just a stone's throw from the old town center and the cathedral.

Chek in was easy, rooms were clean and everything you need was provided. Breakfast was great.

The staff at the reception is so funny and kind to me. The breakfast is super, there are many kinds of fruits and yogurt and salmon, meat... The location is quite near the central of Mainz. Only 4-5 minutes walk to Dom Mainz.

There is no air conditioner, so if it is so hot, perhaps it should be tough.

Very central location, yet easy to reach by car. Parking is available right below the hotel. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and breakfast was lovely. Spacious room.

Just one thing: One bed was very creaky, even though it was just our 9-year-old turning in it.

Comfortable, spacious, clean room with the great view to Mainz Dom. Breakfast was good and location perfect. People at the reception were smiley and helpful.

Loved the added bonus of having a balcony with a view. Included breakfast was very nice with alot of choices.

Air conditioning or ceiling fan would have made our stay more comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and tourist minded. Breakfast was fine as well, as it is important to start the day well.

Unfortunately the room did not include air conditioning, which was a problem for us, because we had a night where it was 28+ degrees during the night, which made it very hard to sleep.
