The first room we were allocated was extremely noisy from the road noise so we changed the next day. We had a king size bed in the first room, but went down to a queen/double in the quieter room which was not so good. The breakfast is basic. No hot eggs etc. Location is good for the market at the port but it is not in the central city area. This was not a problem for us. Just meant no so many choices for restaurants. Overall stay was ok but central city is probably better

Breakfast needed some substance.

The staff were super friendly as expected...I want to mention Francisco at check-in when I arrived,and Oscar when I was leaving.The ladies who prepared breakfast were equally friendly and welcoming.The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.Thanks to Oscar for arranging a taxi to take me to La Terminal...Top marks...Definitely worth returning to.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had great tips and suggestions for us. The breakfast was also really good! The location is near many restaurants and the port market, it's very easy to get around the old city and the bus stops across the street to get to the pocitos beach.

We initially chose this hotel due to its perfect location - walking distance from the port, since we travelled by ferry, and fast internet. The internet speed was excellent, no interruptions. WiFi worked really well in our room as well as in the lobby. Upload speed was more than 40 mbps and download exceeding 30 mbps - webinars and video conferences worked really smoothly. The room was very comfortable, the view was enjoyable - we saw the rooftops and some ferries in the distance - thus we were able to do some shipspotting. We adored the fountain in the small garden - it helped us fall asleep and calmed us. In the morning, we were greeted by some beautiful birds, but they were quiet. TV has a large selection of channels, even English speaking ones. Breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! Every time there was a new element, the variety was incredible. We would like to thank the team for their hard work! There have always been plenty of wonderful fresh delicious treats that kept us full until evening. Moreover, there was a supermarket "Frog" just 10 meters from the hotel that accepted both dollars and pesos where we also found some tasty food. All hotel staff were very friendly to us - the gentlemen at the reception helped us a lot and the ladies who were administering the cafeteria and exceptional cleanliness in the hotel were very hospitable towards us. We will definitely stay here again!

the service was immaculate the staff is super friendly. francisco was always ready to help and even if he didn’t have an answer at the moment he went out of his way to find an answer. located in the ‘old town’ it has a good location to explore the city.

OOPS. this was meant to be in "didn't like". The area was derelict, and crack alley. The excellent staff advised us not to go walking at night. Street walkers were agressive. Women would find it intimidating.

The toilet paper was finished one day and I had to ask for another one. There was a very strong cigarette smell in the room. There was a lot , really a lot of noise from the street at night that didn't let me sleep.

The location is horrible, I arrived late one day and the door of the hotel was locked and no one was there in the lobby to open it. Outside there was a fight between 5 people in deplorable conditions and I was knocking hard on the door trying to not get caught up in the fight. I had to be there for about 10 minutes

Toilet was partially draining when we arrived (which we did not know) and ended up overflowing, which was very unpleasant. The afternoon/evening reception staff was quite abrupt, suggesting we had blocked it. Breakfast could have been better, everything too dry
