location was spot on, the property itself surpassed all our expectations , very clean everything we needed was there , all amenities were within easy access , this is a perfect property for a family base to visit Cornwall

Compared to my last visit 2 years ago, the decor looks in need of refreshing.
Sadly noticed mattresses in all rooms were stained, urine? Only noticed when stripping the beds as requested at end of our stay. Although it looked presentable there was a lot of dust, especially in the bathroom where all the ceramics looked in need of a good washing down
