Posizione comoda, vicino al centro di Tucson. Casita C fa parte di un complesso di appartamenti di dodici unità in cui tutti sono situati intorno a una piscina. Cortile recintato per la privacy e gli animali domestici. Recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi pavimenti, bagni e cucina ristrutturati, nuove finestre. Infissi e arredi scelti con cura per il tuo comfort e divertimento. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size con lenzuola nuove e decorazioni coordinate, il soggiorno ha mobili in pelle, una TV a schermo piatto (tv via cavo) e la cucina è completamente fornita di utensili da cucina e da pranzo. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche nella casita. Attualmente stiamo lavorando per abbellire l'intera proprietà con vegetazione lussureggiante e amica del deserto per un parco come l'atmosfera. Non lontano dall'Università dell'Arizona e dagli ospedali della zona.
Le tariffe mensili non includono l'elettricità, le addebiteremo separatamente. Fatture elettriche tipiche: inverno $ 50 al mese, estate $ 80-100 al mese.
Costi aggiuntivi: calcoliamo per gli ospiti aggiuntivi sopra i 2, inclusi i bambini. La tariffa aggiuntiva per gli ospiti è di $ 20 a persona a notte. Very quiet location. Close to amenities. Most of the vacation spots visited were within a couple of hours. Always great to come back to casitas and relax.

This place is secure with the gates; the pool is right outside the door of about every casita; fully stocked kitchen; towels etc; exceptionally clean! I was surprised! It is better than described! We LOVED it there! A week wasn't long enough! There was even a wagon at our disposal to make moving in much easier! 5 STARS plus!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. The property was very secure with locked gates, but very accessible via entering our assigned code on the security gate keypad. The grounds, including the pool, were very clean and well-maintained. It was very quiet! It is very close to the grocery store and many other conveniences. Our check in process was easy as we received our security access code via e-mail two days prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Tucson!

This was, overall, the best property I have ever stayed at. Have never seen a more immaculate cleaning job! The grounds are just as exceptionally cared for! Don’t know how much those workers are being paid but whatever it is, it’s not enough!! The upkeep and remodeling and decor of the property were also excellent! Recent painting and all craftsmanship was superior. I cannot believe the beautiful wood countertops! I would be so afraid to put that in a rental 😳. Didn’t really have to communicate with Maria because it was all perfect. I used the grill one night and even that was clean. Just lovely in every way! Would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you Maria and Carla!

The unit was very clean and just as described. Very close to grocery store which was convenient. Love the secure parking and the little wagon was great for transporting luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a unique property and we have stayed in many all over the world. Lovely apartment, roomy, clean, quiet, and with comfortable beds. Decorated in a desert retro style that's fun and different. The ladies that host are excellent and very responsive. The kitchen is perfect with new appliances and all the materials needed to cook and serve. And new stuff, unlike some rentals where the owners seem to put all their old kitchen appliances and furniture in their rentals. Pool is lovely. Very deep so cool even when the weather is hot. Stayed for three weeks and hope to stay here again.

We absolutely loved the Desert Morada Casitias, specifically Casita C. It was cute clean and well outfitted with a nice view of the pool and just a couple steps away from it. Would highly recommend it.

Good place, but minor problems
Place was a nice place. The unit we rented had a problem with the Ac so we were moved to another unit. It was fine. But it had a problem with a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms which was not fixed during our stay. Also paving of the parking lot during our stay kept us in our room for 1/2 a day while we were there.

Property was spotless clean and very quiet. Premise was appealing. We loved the fact that smoking was only allowed on the parking lot. This property is in a gated community which made us feel safe.

We loved this Casita. We were wanting to be close to the bike trails, in a quiet surrounding with pleasant neighbors. It had everything we needed. It may have been a "busier" area than we were used to, but most of Tucson is pretty busy.

Our 2 Bedroom Casita was clean, beds comfortable, and had every thing you could want in the wonderful kitchen. We usually stay here as we come to Tucson often.

We have been traveling for a month, and this is my favorite property so far. This is so private you feel like you have the place to yourself. The place is gated so your car safe and you feel safe. You have a private patio as well as another patio that faces the pool. The property is clean and well kept. The kitchen has all the basics as well as a coffee pot and coffee. The bathroom linens are clean and plush, and shampoo body wash is provided. The hosts responded to questions within minutes and were accommodating. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I met here to ring in 2021. The place is a lovely two bed, two bath. Super clean! It was great having a little backyard outdoor space. We are also close to a Sprouts and a lot of hiking. I would stay again!

Secure property in a “sketchy” neighborhood. That said, it was quiet and we had no concerns walking our dog to the dog park - during the day. Easy access to pretty much all parts if Tucson and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our shortened stay. This is a very nice rental, beautifully decorated, clean with virtually everything a traveler would need in a furnished rental.
Unfortunately due to the COVID 19 pandemic we decided to head home several days early.

Maria was awesome!
I can't say enough about the way the owners take take care of this property! This small, gated group of condos is wonderful. It was always quiet, even with the dog-friendly units! You can tell the time that continues to be put in on continual updates to units, inside and out, but it never interfered with stay. The pool was well maintained, there were several outdoor grills for units to use, as well as larger gathering areas outside, beyond the unit's front and back/side areas that were furnished with chairs. We were in a difficult situation and Maria made it work for us to be able to stay on very short notice-she is wonderful! Maria was always just a phone call away to help with anything. I would highly recommend any of these units for your stay!

Safe, comfortable and convenient!
First impression of neighborhood was suspect, but quickly changed once we settled in. 2BR/2Bath Casita we stayed in was very comfortable and central location (close to Tucson Mall) was convenient to go South to downtown or North to Oro Valley. Complex (14 units, plus common area and a parking lot) is completely walled = feeling of safety for you and your vehicle. 2-3 minute walk to Fry's to pick up groceries.
