The location was great - only a 10 min walk to the centre of town and the beach, but very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook (pots, pans, a blender etc), plus a washing machine and dishwasher which we used as we were there for 6 nights with a baby. There was a delicious bakery round the corner (Gleba) and a free parking spot too.
It was expensive for what it was. The apartment felt tired and there were limited supplies to keep it clean (no kitchen spray, a tiny amount of kitchen roll and toilet roll, no replacement recycling/bin bags etc). This is okay if you’re only staying for a few days, but annoying to have to buy if you are staying for a week. We were also charged almost €90 for a cot and high chair which was expensive vs other places we are staying in Portugal who didn’t charge for this.

It was adequate, but small unit. The beds are comfortable but it is fairly basic.
It was grubby, especially the outdoor patio area. Difficult to believe that it could be rented out with really dirty outdoor curtains & messy patio space (especially as the patio area is used in the marketing pictures…).
