Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo by North Topsail beach. Restful, quiet place to spend a week at the shore. Adequately equipped kitchen with lovely dishes, coffee cups, glassware, and cutlery. Kitchen was supplied with all essentials but nothing beyond that. Excellent microwave, fridge, and toaster oven. Beds were comfortable, linen provided by local company. We purchased paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags for the kitchen, and cascade pods for the dishwasher. Convenient carts for loading and unloading luggage; two elevators, one of which was not working when we left. Very easy check in and check out. Beach was not overly crowded. We love visiting this are because it is quiet and down-to-earth with good seafood restaurants and an excellent local grocery store (Food Lion). Relatives live in the area which is the reason for our visit, aside from rest and relaxation.

We were two couples staying for 4 nights. This condo is very clean, roomy, and comfortable with a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. We definitely enjoyed staying here. Just remember to bring paper products, dish washer detergent, soap, etc.

The unit was very clean, spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We saw shrimp boats pass by, saw cool helicopters fly overhead from Camp Lejeune and saw dolphins from the balcony every day. This unit is located on North Topsail beach which was nice and quiet and private compared to the busier town of Surf City. When we wanted to go out to grab food or ice cream it was an easy drive down to town. We highly recommend Sea Blue Coffee Co. for fantastic ice cream and Midgett & Sons Crab Company for super fresh off the boat seafood. We would definitely come back again and are grateful for a nice trip away. Thank you to Peter and Carmen of Sea Coast rentals who were very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to open the door and when VRBO had an issue with their payment processing. We have taken many trips using VRBO and Sea Coast Rentals was by far the most responsive, helpful and friendly rental company that we have worked with from Cape Cod to Hilton Head to Sanibel Island.

The complex was nice right on the beach. The unit had everything we needed to cook our turkey with all the trimmings for our dinner. Loved spending time on the balcony.

Relaxing and peaceful stay at Shipwatch 1205. The condo looks exactly as the pictures show. Clean and comfortable. The balcony was great to sit and watch the waves. We would definitely book this condo again

I absolutely loved the condo. The couch was my favorite and I was very impressed with the size of the washer and dryer. It was decorated very cute and beachy.

Loved the condo. Was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well stocked with brand new everything. We are BIG coffee drinkers and the Keurig just didn't cut it. With all of the expense on everything else, a high end coffee maker would make an excellent addition.

We had a wonderful vacation at Shipwatch Hope 1205! The living and bedroom accessible deck has an absolutely fabulous view of the ocean. The modern beautifully updated kitchen has all the comforts of home. The living room is wonderfully relaxing with an amazing view and comfy furniture. You are just steps away from the amazing beach! This beach is perfect for walking and enjoying the ocean. The condo has a great shared pool that lets you enjoy the water if you ever get tired of the ocean. The location on North Topsail is perfect for a quiet retreat but close enough to other amenities like golf, shopping and restaurants to never feel disconnected, unless you want to be! We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to returning next year!

My family had a wonderful time here. The condo was clean and well kept. The beach and pool were wonderful.
