The owner Mr Murat is very nice and helpful. He provided us so many things. if you need anything just let him know. He is very informative. You can travel in Pamukkalae without any problem.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, he kindly upgraded my room. He also allowed me to leave my luggage free of charge and kindly offered a shower after check-out. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the lower entrance to Pamukkale, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Location was the only thing that I liked - right across the Travertines.
Its not really a hotel, rather a hostel, which you can use if just want to spend a night in Pamukkale.
Rooms are too small for two people. Bathroom again very small.
No electric kettle. No heating system. AC in the room didn't do the heating job properly.
Nobody is ever available at the reception. You have to step outside and go to a nearby restaurant (Whitehuose) to meet the hotel staff.
