Breakfast was good, many options. Staff was very nice and the views were amazing.

Our room didn’t have a window. We use the balcony in front of our door which worked because the bnb was very empty. In a busy season, that might be an issue.

We loved this place. We had our quadruple room in a lovely patio and it was comfortable and clean. It isn’t anything luxury but good value for the price. The private parking is really a plus in this village, and the staff will guide you to arrive easily. We loved the breakfast. A wide variety with Sweet and salty option and local products. I do recommend it 100%

The service was excellent - all the people were very friendly. The room was ok, the view was very nice (and I like the balconies for all the guests). The location was perfect.

I think that the bathroom needs some "refreshing".

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The patio is so beautiful. And, the breakfast was superb!!

The only drawback was the way to the private parking next to the B&B, which is a narrow mediaeval road. However, with the excellent guidance of Maria I could get the relative large car to the parking.

Location was perfect. Room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with stunning views from the courtyard. We highly recommend and will stay here again. And free/easy parking!

Comfy bed, clean room, lovely courtyard and really nice breakfast. View over the countryside was stunning and only a short walk from the restaurants. Free parking, but quite a difficult drive!!

Maybe because we were up a (slightly) cooler mountain, the vibe felt much better. I liked staying here. The breakfast area inbetween the rooms at the "back" is pittoresque. The hostess providing the breakfast service and overall information is genuinely sincere. You have a nice outside view from the room and on the higher level floors.

Provided that you know that having a free parking place for your car is impossible on this mountain top, you should count yourself lucky that Ulisse has the free parking space for guests ...but...in order to get your car there (google map: grammatico pietro..but it looks different now) you have to squeeze your car through the narrow streets and corners of Erice..(see the radio tower at Via Pilazza? there you must get past...) only small cars should try this (enter via G.Mameli). Be sure to have ALL RISK insured car rental to not care about scratches. But if this horrendous ordeal is not bad enough, then you find that the parking place is limited and ever more guests are arriving in the evening and demand their precious spot as well. So what gives ? An italian property worker collects the car keys and starts maneuvering them around, high gearing engines, wheels lifting off the street, just millimeters off the stone walls, or not, and body plate scratching over metal pins in the ground(from cut off metal pillars) ...... gut wrenching.. ööööö Advice: your private car ? DO NOT let any other man drive yr car. Rental car with deductible excess ? DO NOT let any other man drive yr car. (another driver = NOT covered damages). Rental car with ALL risk ? technically it is doable..but to avoid hassles; DO NOT let any other man drive yr car... My 2 cents: I think a parking plan between cars that stay two days and cars that stay only 1 night should be prepared each day before the guests and cars arrive to avoid all this scary hassle in the evening.
