The location was absolutely stupendous and it was pretty amazing to stay in such a historical property. The apartment was around 500 years old! Ceiling was amazing. Staff was very responsive and very very nice too.
I did have a regular problem with the internet disconnecting which was a particular problem because I did not have cell phone access and was relying on internet.
One night the air conditioner was very noisy and my husband had a hard time sleeping. But for some reason the next day it was fine. I didn't change any settings so I don't quite get it.
The bed was firm but okay. The bathroom was fairly basic but again okay.
The spiral staircase was a bit scary coming down at night to use the restroom.

It was so nicely located!! Comfy bed, some space, nice lamps, solid ac.
There was no soap/shampoo provided, it’s a hotel so we expected that amenity. We didn’t know the city tax had to be cash and never saw the owner/worker again to give the remaining tax too.

The location is incredible. You’re literally in the heart of the action. Almost staying in the Pantheon. I never stayed in such a premium spot. The price was very reasonable. Clean and comfortable. Nice people running it. The only thing is when you check in. It’s a bit awkward, they charge a tax and you have to fill out a form. You also have to call and meet someone took about 15 minutes. But once you get over this part then you’re good to go. I read reviews and I was expecting it, so it wasn’t a shock to me.

The bed was so hard and the pillows were terrible.
