The location is near to the conference center thus good to my work here. However, going to elsewhere is inconvenient. The apartment is spacious for one-person but would be a little bit tight for two.
The cleaniness should be improved as the floor felt sandy and I have to clean it all up when I arrived.

Compared with hotels at the same price in nearby areas, the place is worthy. We got bigger room than hotels in nearby areas at the same price. Clean, tidy room and some useful household facilities.
As the place is run unmanned, we had to keep the cleanliness by ourselves during the stay. But that’s fair enough for me.
