The room was very spacious and had PLENTY of room for our family of 10. It was very nice to have a separate living room for the teenagers to hang out. The deck was a lot smaller than I thought, but that may have been confusion on my part from remembering previous visits with larger decks/balcony space. The amenities at the resort were amazing and very clean! I loved that the host (rental company) had an office on site for any needs, but the agent working the desk was not very friendly. The maintenance staff and head of the cleaning services were very kind and accommodating.

Weather was beautiful and condo was very nice. Only issue we had was with refrigerator....light inside fridge is flashing and if you accidentally touch it, it will shock you. Refrigerator also seemed to put a water puddle on floor each evening and we had to put a towel down. Owner may want to check it out. Other than that it was perfect for our family.

The cleanliness was excellent!! For a couple too many people and long lines for the elevators. Parking in the garage was chaos. It was our daughters and their family's Christmas gift. They loved it because the kids loved the pool, slide, and lazy river.

Condo was great, very accommodating for our family of 6, and friends family of 4. Doesn’t face the ocean but you can see the beach from the corner of the back balcony. The building is huge so lots of people but it was quiet on the floor and we were patient with elevators. I was surprised that we had to pay additional for parking, I thought that was included in the stay…that was the only negative. Great place to stay!
