NEW LOFT 20 'FROM BARCELONA AND 7'DE FROM THE UAB.
Loft indipendente di 30 mq nello spazio della mia casa di recente costruzione con molta luce naturale grazie alle sue 5 finestre tutte esterne. Situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a 800 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Barbera con cui si arriva a Barcellona in 15 minuti e 200 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus diretto a Barcellona, il centro commerciale e anche un autobus diretto per l'UAB. Situato a 7 'in auto dall'UAB. Grande supermercato, farmacia, banche e negozi a 200 mtr.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor. I'm pretty sure residents were living beneath us as well, but not entirely sure, haven't had any issues with them/that so all was well in that regard. Spacious with a well equipped kitchen as well as a big pool in the garden. Nice location as well, not in Barcelona that's for sure but the you can catch the train to Barcelona at the station which is a 5 minute walk away. Same goes for grocery stores, lots of options all within /- 5 min walking distance. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

An outstanding apartment for the two of us. Exceptionally clean, all the necessities, and the fantastic host even met us to give us information of the transport etc. (and a refreshment :) 5 minutes from train station which is a 35 min ride to Barcelona centre, bus stop even closer, supermarket 10 mins walk. A brilliant option for us.

Alberto was very welcoming. Check in super smooth. Loft was clean, comfortable, and stocked with coffee & milk upon arrival. Safe neighborhood. Easy 15’ walk to Train into Barcelona for sightseeing. Multiple semi private patio areas. Laundry available. Pool in the courtyard which guests can use.

The apartment is beautiful and functional. Perfectly clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.
