Easy communication with host, easy check in

The house was immaculate and exactly as described..the host was very responsive to requests which came in especially handy when wanting to use the spa. Everything worked.. check out was easy..

Easy check in, garage parking was my favorite part! Kept my car comfortable Towels were hard to find. They are upstairs in the hall closet. The mattresses were…very springy and the large bedroom mattress had a large dent. The glasses had some crumbs in them…not sure what they were but we just washed them before we used them. Overall it was a great stay. Loved our visit and my daughter was so happy we came to celebrate her birthday! Pool was great!Thank you!!

There were several issues with our stay. I will admit to only communicating the first one with the property manager as it turned into a saga and I didn’t want to do any more. This was a trip for a conference/class in Boulder City. So, we cook a lot when we go to these to save money and calories. The stove did not work. I reached out right away and endured a subsequent four hours of trying to convince the property manager that I do, in fact, know how to operate a gas stove and it doesn’t work. They requested I send pictures, make and model, a video of me trying to operate it. It concluded with them asking me to move the stove out and make sure it was connected properly which I declined to do. They finally agreed to send someone the next day. Three meals of food went to waste. Additionally, the upstairs TV does not work. The vent in one of the bedrooms rattles loudly every time the AC/heat is on rendering that bedroom unusable. And, the door to the closet where the AC/heat unit is suctions closed every time it turns on which can wake everyone up too. An overall disappointing stay.
