The accommodation was everything the listing advertised and more...felt like a five star hotel! The weather was very wet and our concert was canceled but that didn't dampen our spirits as we just hunkered down and enjoyed this lovely home away from home....Great company, cards, reading while there. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at this unit for 10 days. The unit was beautiful, modern furnishings and appliances, very clean. It is exactly as the pictures present. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever experienced in short term rental units. Will definitely come back! Have recommended it to friends.

Home was clean, modern, and well equipped. The kitchen was particularly well stocked. Garage was useful for bike storage, pool table precludes using it to store vehicles. Location worked very well, easy bike ride to ferry terminal, and other attractions also nearby. House is situated on a corner, and guest entrance and host entrance are on two different streets. I would consider a return visit.

Arrived late at night to check in for an overnight stay. Initially was put off by the dark, poorly lite neighborhood but upon entering the modest front of the house we were pleased to find the spacious, upgraded and well maintained home that are in the photos. Before we eventually discovered the comprehensive welcome sheet on the kitchen counter, Tyler was very responsive to all our early questions. We had a great stay.

This property was super clean, well laid out and comfortable, with many additional features such as tv’s in the bedrooms and living area, a gas fireplace, a chefs kitchen and a lovely soaker tub in the master bathroom. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, easy distance from the ferry terminal and airport. The beds were very comfortable with wonderfully puffy pillows,. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful home! My husband and I travelled to Vancouver Island for only a couple of days to see friends. We brought my mom and aunt (97 & 85) and we all loved the place. My aunt liked that it was all on one level (no stairs) and was close to the ferry. The photos are accurate and there were no surprises. Well equipped kitchen and I appreciated the laundry facilities. Nice neighborhood to stroll around, and if you’re a walker, you could get to downtown quite easily. My only suggestion to the host would be to leave instructions for operating the shower (it has both a rainhead and handheld) and to perhaps have a non-slip tub mat available. My mom felt the shower floor was a bit slippery for her and she couldn’t figure out the shower. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, however, and we would certainly book this property again. Thank you, Tyler, for your quick responses to my questions and requests, and for maintaining such a lovely property!

Stylishly decorated, contemporary home with everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. It's the perfect base from which to explore Sydney (although we had too little time!). Striking distance to Victoria, The Butchart Gardens, fabulous seafood and of course it's also 5 minutes from the ferry we needed to take back to Vancouver. We'll have to come back and would LOVE to stay in this luxurious, exceedingly well-stocked, super comfortable home.

We had a wonderful winter away from the cold during our stay in Sidney. We were close to friends and family and enjoyed spending time with them. We also thoroughly enjoyed Tyler’s home and the neighborhood. We’ll be back!

So glad we did, the owner response to our request was quick and very responsive to our needs, the home is beautiful , quiet, comfortable and everything we needed. Highly recommend this home, perfect for a couple or family. The men loved the pool table what a great addition. It was more than worth the travel back and forth into Victoria.

We absolutely loved this property. It was a very comfortable and spacious home. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed and more. Location was perfect. And the pool table in the man cave……the icing on the cake. It worked out well to share with our daughter and grand daughter. Plenty of room for everyone. This was our first experience with VRBO and I think it spoiled us. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

Spent 14 days here while my family waited out the COVID isolation process. Beautiful home with lots of space inside and out. Couldn’t think of a better place to be stuck for all that time.

Tyler's house was great! Very clean, airy and comfortable for 4 adults and a baby. The house was recently completely renovated so everything was new and a clean open design. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool table or dart board in the garage/man cave but we did get in a few games at the beginning of our stay-we were here for almost 2 months. It is a 15 minute walk into town and a 5 minute walk from the ocean so everything was easily accessible. We'd rent again for sure (If I don’t buy in the area........)
