The location was great easy access to mss add my of the area attractions. The condo had everything we needed. It was nice they had bear spray and a first aide kit in the condo (though luckily we did not need either). It would have been nice to have streaming on the TV in the living room not just in the bedroom. It was nice having the underground parking not just for weather but also not having to worry about where to park. The condo was in walking distance to Canmore town center which was nice. Really enjoyed the condo. The owners provided communication when needed, such as when there would be elevator maintenance. They also provided ideas for restaurants in the area. Would love to stay here again if visiting the area snd recommend it for other couples.

Everything you need! Great location and very well thought out condo, again everything you need and clean, great spot to enjoy Cammore and Banff! We actually liked Canmore better!

I stayed at another of Stacey and Stanton’s properties in the same building last year and had an equally great experience again this year with this suite. Everything is clean and as described. I was at a friends in a nearby building and this suite was 100 percent bigger and nicer! I love the view of the mountains and proximity both to Canmore activities and the highway as I did a lot of hiking in the other nearby parks. And the suite has two big highlights: the most amazing shower (so sad to be home to my normal shower) and a bedroom fireplace! Hope to book again next year! Thanks :)

This condo is in a great location and is exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks on the patio in the evening. Check in was super easy and seamless. The place was for the most part well stocked. The building is quiet and the pool area was nice after a day of hiking. We would book this condo again!

Amazing place with a beautiful view of the mountains. We cooked every night and had all the utensils and pans needed. Owners were very responsive and excellent to deal with! Would stay again for sure!

We stayed for 10 days. The property was lovely and within easy walking distance of the downtown area, shopping and restaurants.

This a very well appointed property with lots of little extras to make for an excellent stay. The book of comments from previous renters is a great addition as it gives you ideas of what else to do in the area. It is very close to Banff and would definitely recommend it. My wife and I spent a full week in this condo in July 2023. The online description and photos accurately depict the condo and its condition. It is a sweet, sweet place. Our communication with Stacey and Stanton both before and during the trip was wonderful in that they responded to our inquiries within minutes to a few hours. What we didn’t expect was both the location of the condo and the community in which it is located - who ever heard of Canmore? Canmore is a wonderful community that has a “town center” reminiscent of Banff but without the crowds - restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. What is more, the condo is within a 5-10 minute walk of some very good restaurants and Canmore is about a 15 minute drive from Banff and the entrance to the magic of Banff National Park. All in all, the condo, the community in which it is located and the owners are high class.

The apartment was just as described. The views are amazing and the apartment is very spacious. The location from Banff and Lake Louise are just a short (and beautiful) ride. We would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly what we were expecting, a little luxury oasis away from the grind - a treasure of a flat in amongst the glorious mountain scenery of the Canadian Rockies. It had everything we required: cozy beds, full stocked kitchen, laundry, indoor parking - and OF COURSE: a beautiful little patio deck with a BBQ to cool off on after a lovely day exploring, hiking, shopping and just basically enjoying nature. Our hosts Stacey and Stanton couldn't have been more helpful, answering my question promptly and courteously. We couldn't have been happier. We really enjoyed Stanton & Stacey's condo. We would have given 5 stars to all but our timing meant that we arrived on a day where the checkin process was less than smooth. The elevator was out of commission so we had had to drag all our luggage & groceries up 4 flights of stairs. It was a good test for our cardiovascular health. :) Thankfully, the elevator was again functional the next day. Also, when we arrived at the door, the entry code didn't work. We had to phone the owners who explained that they had been having problems with a new lock system that had been installed. They provided a new code and we were finally able to enter. Other than that first day, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is spacious and well-provisioned. The king-sized bed was comfortable and it was great being able to get the morning view of the mountains through the windows when we woke up. Stanton was very good at communicating. Our emails were answered in appropriate time and he let us know in detail when delivery people were arriving to install a new washer & dryer in the condo. We had some minor problems with the VRBO website. For some reason, I couldn't access the message centre when using my phone app. Luckily, I hadn't deleted the email messages so I was able to reread information from that source. I was probably late in responding a couple of times because I was late in seeing some of Stanton's emails and I apologize for that. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and we really do recommend the condo. I'm sure that the checkin process was an aberration and that things will run a lot more smoothly next time. We've stayed at the Solara several times over the years and it has always been one of our places to stay in Canmore.

This was like home away from home, but with a magnificent view. We arrived late at night, but awoke to breathtaking close-up mountains! Everything was just right.... such a treat to have the kitchen, utensils, large fridge, fireplace, comfy couches and wonderful king bed! We thoroughly enjoyed this rental, and will definitely be back. Being able to communicate easily with the owners was a relief, & Stacey was great! ( oh and we Loved the shower, the games, and heated indoor parking! I really could go on and on 🙂) Thank you!!

This was an ideal setting and place to spend time researching and writing. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The view was brilliant. Communication was excellent and Stacey and Stanton were thoughtful and responsive. I would definitely look to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aurora Lodge, the location was fantastic, the apartment was beautifully presented and all the little details that weren't mentioned made all the difference... Such as the fact there was tea & coffee, cooking oil, condiments etc... The bedroom and the bathroom were both comfortable and first class. There were even bath products there too... Amazing! The Park Pass was really useful and we went exploring the locality... Stanton & Stacey's attention to detail was exemplary, down to recommendations of where to eat, and find stores etc. Only two slightly disappointing things, we're really splitting hairs here, were the TV in the main room wasn't as good as the one in the bedroom, I'd have hoped this to have been reversed and the pool and spa facilities were in a very poor state and subsequently closed for the duration of our stay - tremendously disappointing but completely out of their control though, so not a moan directed at the hosts in any way... All in all an excellent place to stay - would highly recommend. Thanks!
