Perfect spot situated close enough to Santa Teresa spots beach access pool right on property. Private villa that has gated access, felt safe and no issues. Highly recommend for families, nice big kitchen for doing group meals!

We wanted a location close to the beach, restaurants and shops and this place did not disappoint. Perfect for us with three girls in their early twenties. We loved Anis and Chez Coco for breakfast, Muchacha and Somos, Katana and Manzu for dinner…. All within walking distance. The beach is just a block away also. The concierge was great with bookings for us and recommendations.We rented an UTV to get around to Montezuma, Curu and Malala’s for excursions. There plenty of parking for two of those.The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the home is not making it hot during the day. There plenty of fans to help but without being higher up you just don’t get the breeze from the beach. The salt pool is older and the skimmer wasn’t working so we had to clean it frequently, but the pool area is really pretty with all the flowers around it. We had an ongoing issue with the fridge / freezer which the concierge was really good at getting maintenance out, unfortunately it really didn’t resolve before we left. Definitely great location and very cool home. Would consider again if we make it back to Santa Teresa.RegardsLiean

La proprietà è GIUSTA DI FRONTE ALLA SPIAGGIA DI LA LORA (spiaggia di Santa Teresa) ea 3 minuti a piedi dal centro della città! MIGLIOR BREAK BREAK a Santa Teresa !! Completamente recintata e sicura, questa moderna villa dispone di alcuni dei servizi più eccezionali come una cucina per chef / fornello a gas completamente attrezzata, una grande piscina di sale, i giardini della giungla, letti LUSSO con aria condizionata, amache multiple e un ampio parcheggio privato!
Le tue tavole da surf saranno completamente sicure e potrai goderti due docce esterne in qualsiasi momento dopo la navigazione! Non c'è bisogno di una macchina!

Location of house is on busy road. Had construction noise everyday from 7am to 5pm. Property manager was very accommodating and gave us a discount but it didn't offset our disappointment with our stay overall. If I ever returned to Santa Teresa I would double my budget and rent an ocean front home away from the road.
