Was a great location.
We didn’t see any staff other than a cleaner who gave us a key in arrival.

Simple but quite adequate for one night stay while changing from flight to cruise on following day. Dave the Kirkenes hotel stay for possible upgrade on cruise where space more important. Very utilitarian and basic but clean. Staff not immediately present in empty lobby but came quickly.

Really good location, next to a taxi company as well. Also, the room is really warm and the water hot, which is great. For the price, it is reasonable.
When I arrived I struggled to get in, and then a man who only seemed to speak Arabic let me in finally. The sheets on the bed are really poor quality and do not stay on the mattress, and you are provided a single flimsy pillow.
The blind also did not work, the room desperately needs a coat of paint, and the door handle is falling apart.

Location. Not too many options in the neighborhood, so we didn't expect much.
There was no staff at all when we arrived. Keys were left on a table for us to pick up. Luckily another Norwegian couple helped us communicate with the host.
