Convenient location to Eagle Canyon.

The wifi was terrible. Almost non existent. Our room overlooked a dumpsite. No bathroom slippers.

I can not find a single fault with Blueberry Hill Hotel. From the moment I arrived till I checked out all staff, service and food was beyond amazing. Thank you.

We didn't like table service cs we like buffet service to pickup what we like.

Wifi connection was not great

Didn't like my view and asked Siya to move us to a different rooms and they did that for us...

The wifi, it was very slow it only worked by the restaurant.

staff sullen on arrival . Had to request help with cases. both rooms looked into a junk yard . Resturant too many staff all talking not working . lift beyond dirty . lots of noise in an evening S entire families or friends sit for hours on each floor chatting. many people sitting on the floor .

I liked the setting of the room and the location thereof and the freedom to enjoy our space throughout our stay without interruptions. The place is close to shopping centres and malls for convenience in order to purchase other items.

The small freezer in the room need to be serviced or to be changed as it was not cooling any soft drinks that were placed in it.

The food was good and the restaurant has a good view.

I liked the neatness of the room. I liked the live entertainment at breakfast. I love how each floor had its own unique colour. The aesthetics of the place were really beautiful. The views are simply amazing. The location is perfect and centrally located close to some really nice restaurants at the Blueberry Square.

We didn't have hot water in the night. The water stands in the shower because of how it's built. From the moment we entered it didn't look very safe. The basement we parked in was super dusty and it didn't look safe at all. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop was closed and so we didn't get to experience that. The pool is poorly located because it's right beside the tables that people eat at so literally no one swam. The room was comfortable but the bed was not that comfortable.

Rooms are neat and the staff is friendly.

1. The security of the hotel is questionable. Guests can access the rooms without passing through reception (i.e., once you have checked in, anyone can come up to your room or rather go to any floor without restrictions.). 2. There's still construction maintenance taking place which can be disruptive for someone who wants a quiet time. 3. It was a bit difficult to differentiate between hotel staff (excluding those at reception) and contractors. On both occasions, I needed assistance in my room, males were sent to assist (which I was a bit uncomfortable with because I had to let them in and none of them was wearing a name tag (e.g. One was wearing PPE and the other jean and t-shirt).

The rooms are very clean and the balcony was a bonus with a beautiful view.
