Excellent hotel, the staff was great, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Booking. Com had a very slow response. I had to call the hotel myself to correct an error. The hotel staff corrected the error immediately.

Beds were not as comfortable.

Everything! I've traveled a lot and Staybridge is now at the top of my list.
I forgot to notify them that there was a large area of wet carpet by the air conditioner.

Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making their own waffles. The suite was large enough to accomodate a family of 6 (everyone was comfortable) and the suite included a large scale (regular size) refrigerator, alongwith a stove and kitchen sink. The hotel location put me 7 minutes away from our family event.
The hotel suite had two bathrooms (shower only and shower/bath combo) but only one bathroom was operable. The bathroom with the shower only did NOT work at all so our family of 6 had to utilize one bathroom for our washing needs. One of the lamps didnt have a light bulb so we couldnt get full lighting in the living room area of the suite and the staff was not very helpful to accommodate our situation.
