We stayed in a accessible room. which was not a bad room except for the fact that there were amenities that were there to help disability people and they in the way rather than helpful.

the elevators took way to long . the noise from the fan were horrible and kept me up all night . staff did not care

Hotel staff, particularly Jason who is one of the managers, he is very rude and hateful. When I arrived to the hotel I had to wait around 15 minutes before anyone came up to the counter to check me in. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They gave me nothing but trouble.

Staff was rude and disrespectful

There was a dog barking in the room next door for ten hours. I tried to express my concern for an animal obviously in distress, and nothing was done. I finally had to switch rooms at 12:15am. I checked in at 13:45 the day before. When I tried to stay an additional night the next morning, the woman at the front desk cut me off to explain that “It’s a pet friendly hotel”, and I replied, “Sure, but is it not also a customer friendly hotel?, if it was a person screaming for ten hours something would have been done.” I love pets, I just would have appreciated the option to change rooms before I tried to checkout in the middle of the night, and only then was I was offered that option. One night was enough for me so I made other arrangements. I wouldn’t go back.
