the bed was extremely comfortable. we loved sitting out on the deck and watching the boats and pelicans

bathroom sink was very slow to drain. floor had slight decline causing me to slide and fall -no injuries

The door sticks, shower had very low pressure and we figured out if you don’t jiggle the toilet handle it won’t stop running.

it was cute, clean, quiet loved the view!

The studio has not been cleaned properly for some time. The shower floor was extremely dirty, visible hairs and soap scum. The glass shower doors were very visibly dirty with dried up spray contents. The toilet lid was visibly dirty with grime from the inside. There was dust/hairs on corners throughout the space. Floor may have been sweeper quickly but was definitely not mopped prior to our stay. The bed did not have fitted sheets on, resulting on sheets sliding during the night. Mattress could be seen bare full of stains as the sheets moved down. We requested a Clorox spray from the front desk to spray the shower and even then I showered with sandals on. The management company is not keeping this place up. Looked good from far, but very far from good.

What breakfast? The office staff were excellent; they were the only people we saw.

The price was much too high (and not what we expected) for the amenities offered plus the place was quite old.

Connie at front desk was awesome and worked hard to solve our TV issue.

The unit needs better quality set of sheets, they would not stay on the bed.

Loved it!

it looked like our room was freshly painted, the balcony was great to sit out on even in the rain. it was easy to get to many of the beaches and St Augustine was close by.

there was a HUGE yacht that was right in front of our balcony blocking our view of the harbor. we also did a load of wash and the laundry area could have been a bit cleaner.
