Casa Esperanza - spacious beauty with bay views

Bella casa coloniale messicana in stile tradizionale di quasi 5.000 piedi quadrati con molte finestre / luce naturale / brezze e privacy grazie al design. La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione vicino all'estremità orientale (parte più tranquilla) del Malecon, su per la collina al largo di Palmira (Coco Beach / Palmira Marina). Ampie camere, 3 camere da letto con il proprio bagno. Vicino alle belle spiagge! Ottimo per multi-famiglie o gruppi numerosi.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious and clean. The view from the roof was great. The property manager was very responsive to questions. I'd stay there again.The only drawback is the road to get there. As mentioned in another review the road is gravel and not level. Just be prepared from that. You can't walk to the Malecon but it's a pretty short drive to get there.

The house is located close to the city center in a very quiet area. The house is very large and very well equiped. The owner, Merc, answers very quickly to any messages and can provide advices. We were in family, 10 people in the house and we spend an very nice week in Paz. Leaving with unforgettable memories !

the neighborhood is good unpaved but driavable street.but the house is great. I will stay there again in a hearth beat.
