Everything. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Bath/shower room also was large. Breakfast was very good. The owners were very hospitable and friendly.

Beautifully renovated manse, excellent facilities in centre of village, magnificent breakfasts, personable owners justifiably proud of what they have achieved.

Welcoming, friendly hosts, fabulous breakfast choices cooked to order, large room (Willow) with large en-suite shower room, comfortable super-kingsize bed, very clean and off-road parking. Easy walking distance to several eateries.

Exceptional hosts with lovely breakfast time surprises from homemade marmalade, to hawthorn ketchup offered through our stay. A scrumptious chocolate swirl cake baked too and offered as a treat, twas delicious. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kev and Nikki's guesthouse to anyone undecided on where to stay in this particular area we will certainly cross their doorstep if we're ever over this way again. Thank You for such a lovely welcome and your A+ hospitality.

Beautiful house and welcoming hosts. Our room was a great size and the bathroom was gorgeous with a large walk in shower and lovely free standing bath. Great location.

we really enjoyed our stay here, our room was large, very comfortable and had everything we needed, breakfast was really good, and was served by great hosts Nikki and Kevin

Accommodation was beautiful. Bright, comfortable and clean. Hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wide selection of foods for breakfast which was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Located in a beautiful town with lovely woodland walks. Short stroll to the main street. Would definitely recommend staying in Woodlyn Guest House when in the area.

Stayed for 2 nights really good big Breakfast set me up for the whole day, very clean and a good size room, close to local bars and restaurant's and Kevin and Nikki were both friendly and helpful. Highly recomended

Fabulous breakfast , room and hosts

Stayed in the 'Willow' room which was huge, very bright and airy, with a generous en-suite and amazing shower. Very comfortable superking bed, modern furnishings, an Alexa available to use, big TV to watch, lovely big fluffy towels, hairdryer provided, tea/coffee/hot chocolate/bottled water and biscuits provided in the room to enjoy, toiletries in the bathroom, spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, oh and the most amazing breakfast offerings included in the price! Huge choice with really fresh and quality ingredients, handmade bread made by the owners, and overall very accommodating to your appetite. The owners couldn't have been more friendly, warm and welcoming to their guest house. We stayed for a wedding weekend with a couple of friends and they let us treat it as if it was our own home and made us feel very comfortable. Couldn't recommend staying here more!

More details on what is in the room would have saved me bringing things e.g. hairdryer. Specifically looked online to see if one would be in the room but couldn't find the information so took mine and then found one there. Same for toiletries and face cloth.
