An absolute masterpiece of a stay in Flachau! The apartment is simply perfect—spacious, impeccably designed with a stunning aesthetic, and offering breathtaking views from every single direction. It truly exceeded all our expectations. Above all, the hosts are remarkably kind, warm, and professional; truly a gold standard that all property owners could learn from. On our last day, they touched our hearts deeply: we were doing laundry without realizing how long the drying process would take, knowing we had an early drive to Vienna ahead. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully stepped in during the middle of the night to transfer our laundry from the washer to the dryer, simply because they didn’t want us to face any trouble. Incredible people and a flawless place. We wish them only the best guests, because they truly deserve nothing less than the absolute best

Nothing

Great family vacation stay! It is obvious they want you to have a good stay. Check-in: was easy with the key box and the code we got upfront. Parking: in front of the house. The apartment: is big, easily suitable for 5 people. The beds were good. Kitchen was equipped properly, everything as described. The smart TV in the kitchen was useful. They had fly nets on the windows which was really important. The outside: really clean and nice smell in the stairway. There are few things for little kids and teenagers to do like the ping pong table and we met few other families staying there so the other kids played together. Supplements: There were always extra clean towels in the stairway. Getting extras was communicated easily via Whatsapp. Bonus: the coffee machine in the kitchen!

The internet had few glitches / slowdowns over our stay, nothing serious as we had cellular anyways. Some of the towels were kinda tired. There is an extra payment for using the washing machine per use which was undisclosed on the Booking.com listing

A very nice house just south of Flachau, very close to the city but at the same time provides a feelling of privacy. Pictures provide a good idea about how it looks. Host is friendly and helpful. There's a nice view from both sides of the house and you can hear the stream nearby.

Backyard is not that useful, there's no real space to 'hang-out' however admittedly this is less irrelevant because when the weather was good we didn't stay at the place anyway
