Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa

Great room, great location (center of Zakopane in summer season is super intense & busy, this is perfectly placed just outside that, next to the buses for transport to any of the hiking routes), excellent pool area, excellent breakfast, the attached fancy restaurant is also very nice and there's many other excellent restaurants nearby too.

Nothing, it was basically perfect.

The staff was nice, upgraded us to a higher class room because we were on our honeymoon (as well as a bottle of wine). The room was large, the terrace was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. Pool, sauna where nice. Would love to attend the wellness center once more.

This rating is based on the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, so our requirements are high. Although the design of the rooms and the hotel is beautiful, the furniture is very impractical and uncomfortable. For example, the lounge chair in the room is not usable because the material is slippery, it was impossible to sit in it (unless you are wearing latex or leather clothes). The chair at the table is uncomfortable, the armrest is not usable. The lighting looked modern but impractical, the towel rack was inconvenient. The shower was dripping, even though it was turned off. The website stated that a terrace was available, but on site it turned out that it was only available for certain room classes. Also, the website did not state that balconies were available, even though most rooms have them. The furniture is very heavy (chairs) and was very difficult to move (which is annoying when you are sitting at a table or when You go to the bar). There was an information booklet in the room that contained information - QR codes (completely unnecessary in my opinion). It turns out that the pool and saunas are free, but massages are at an additional cost (this was not clear from the information on booking.com). My husband is critical - not wanting to return to this hotel because he has never stayed in a more uncomfortable room.

I loved everything, from the lovely smiles on the faces of the staff there, to all the services provided at this wonderful facility.

Perhaps the price.

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff, really spacious room, interesting design elements like foot bench and floor lamps, large windows, a rack for drying swimming suits, everything that is necessary - hair dryer, fridge, tee pot, wonderful tasty breakfast with everything – different pancakes, waffles, different salads, different meat and cheese, fish, marinated vegetables, a lot of fruits etc. And the main thing – super swimming pool, suitable for all ages, with massage and bubble features, different warmth water, different depths – from very shallow to enough deep for swimming.
