Good location very close to centre, clean and nicely furnished...

The table is only at the balcony, which is not very secured, and as we have a small child, we were not able to use it and therefore had to have breakfast in a picnic style on the floor of the apartment... This might also be a challenge during winter...

Everything was just perfect. Clean, well equipped and a huge balcony with a great view over tblisi. Huge recommendation!

Only for those who is extra sensitive - it can be noisy at nights (motorbikes, party in park, barking dogs etc..) It can be minimized by closing windows and turning on AC, but our problem is that we can not bear AC )) My wife don't like spring matrasses.

This is a beautiful, well lit, extremely clean apartment with a huge view from the terrace. The friendly hosts have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable including nice bedding, bottled water, a variety of coffee/tea options, and a well stocked kitchen. There was even a fresh kitchen sponge still in the plastic wrapper! The location is perfectly situated on a quiet side street with all the action of Rustaveli just a block away. A large park is just across the street with a nice playground.

Nothing not to like! We stayed in 6 places in Tbilisi and this was far and away the nicest!

Everything is clean, so cozy and located in perfect place. Host prepared every detail, soap-shampoo-dish towel everything was new. Host even gave us umbrella to use when it was raining.

The apartment is spacious, clean and exactly as described with a huge terrace. Although it is currently still a bit cold right now to be able to sit outside and have a meal, spending a short time to have a coffee or just to have a view is still possible and absolutely beautiful. Its location is honestly ideal, just 2 minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (the main main street of Tbilisi). Generally close to everything you need. Although being very central, we could enjoy the quietness and peace at this place. The price is unbeatable for such values received. Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here! Thank you. We will definitely come back when we return to Tbilisi.
