Great house, comfortable, well decorated. Owners are very kind and accommodating. When I got sick on the last day they allowed me to stay late at no extra charge until I felt well enough to leave.
On a very busy street that lacks any sidewalk or safe walking place. There were no instructions for arrival and this is necessary as there is not a front desk at this property. Also, no WIFI. I missed that this was not something offered and that became very expensive.

They were friendly from the moment I had arrived to their farewells when I left! Snacks, coffee and breakfast were provided as well as any maps needed to guide me around the city. The room and bathroom are both spotless and it was refreshing to come back to after a long day trekking around. Grazie!
The location was a bit difficult to travel to the central part of Rome and although there are trains and buses nearby it required several connections. I still managed but others might require more patience and planning.
Communication was a bit tricky as I don't speak Italian all that well and the owners don't speak or understand english all that well either (obviously I'm the traveller so I'm more responsible in this department). Definitely not a major downside as they were super friendly and we managed to communicate in other ways :)
