The days in this hostal is the most terrible I have ever experienced in my life ever. It was extremely dirty. The air in the room was wet and burning. When I came back in the evening the door of the room was open once.I closed it when I left. A lot of noise from the floor above in the nights. The people working there was rude and hostile. Not even if I get payed I will stay there again.

Perfect location, staff were very friendly , 24 hour reception, stayed there to go to iron maiden concert in Murcia, 4 minutes walk to the train station and 24 hour reception to get back in even though we arrived back at 3 am was no problem at all, air con in room was fantastic even in the heatwave the room was so nice and cold , fantastic place to stay, highly recommend

The rooms were a good size with nice large wardrobes. The bathrooms were large and the water pressure and temperature were really good.

The beds weren't comfy.

The place of hotel is OK, just 10 minutes away from the train station and the university.

1- The receptionist changed and each time I had to introduce myself to the person with that I am really staying in this hotel:)) It was fun at the beginning but last day a strange thing happened: when I came back to pick up the luggage that I gave to the place to stay and I went out and came to take them to catch the train. The person said he cannot give me the luggage because they are mine. He called the one I gave but could not reach him. And I said if you don't give them I would miss the train, he insisted and I said Ok please call the police then. this time he stood and ask the cleaning lady whether I am staying there:)) She said yes. Oh my God, this is so unprofessional. I accept that they do not speak English but why do you put someone that can use a computer and check who is who. 2- and let me warn you: the elevator for the handicapped person and luggage next to the stairs didn't work. You have to carry them from the stairs to reach the lift in the apartment. 3- the humidity level is so high that I thought the bed is wet but it is because of the climate of Orihuela.

the hostal was only a 5-10 minute walk to the station where a cheap train ran to Alicante, Elche, Murcia, and Cartagena

I couldn't find a 'menu del dia' anywhere in town; this was not the hostal's fault

Very nice and friendly staff. Good location. Room was very small and basic but clean. Great wifi (used it for remote work)

Most of staff did not speak english at all. Only one person could speak some (very basic) English. But they tried their best to communicate. I had room close to reception. Door and walls are very thin and it was sometimes loud when they were talking at 2-3am

It is located in the centre of the city, next to a big square, near the train and bus station, near many restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, and it's about 5-10 minutes walking to the old town. The owner and the receptionists were all nice. It's price is really low!

Our rooms were small and were looking at the back of the building with an ugly view. Unfortunately I could hear everything from the room next to me. The mattress was really soft for me, for someone else maybe it would be better.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room with useful services.

Can be very noisy, especially at weekends, due to bad soundproofing. No view from my window.
