Martinika

We stayed at Martinika for one night and had a really comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great, and we loved having the coffee shop right downstairs. The room and bed were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the hot shower was definitely appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast because we had an early pick-up, but we loved that it was included. Overall, it was a great spot for a short stay and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Los chicos de recepción muy amables, excelente atención y disposición a ayudar. Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca del hermoso Parque El Olivar , en un sector muy seguro.

The location was great! Everything was clean and the staff were really polite.

The Wi-Fi was available, but the signal wasn’t strong enough to connect from the desk in my room. Luckily, the staff was really nice and moved me to another room. The connection was much better there, though still not amazing. Also, parking is outdoor-only. Even though nothing bad happened, I wasn't thrilled about leaving my rental car outside. Finally, there’s no elevator, so I had to take the stairs every time I wanted to go out.

Lo que más me gustó fueron las camas, ya que eran muy cómodas y pude descansar muy bien. También me encantaron las cortinas blackout, porque podías abrirlas para dejar entrar la luz o cerrarlas completamente si preferías dormir con la habitación oscura. La habitación era bastante espaciosa y cómoda. Además, me pareció un detalle muy bueno que te llamaran por teléfono si no habías despertado para recordarte que era hora de desayunar. En general, esos pequeños detalles hicieron que mi estadía fuera más cómoda y agradable.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el desayuno no era tipo buffet. Además, el último día tuve una experiencia incómoda con una señorita de recepción, ya que me indicó de una manera poco amable que mi carnet no era válido y que debía presentar un carnet de migración. La situación me molestó bastante, sobre todo porque durante mi hospedaje tuve que mostrar mi documento varias veces debido al cambio de personal. Sin embargo, también quiero destacar que el señor que me atendió posteriormente fue muy amable, simpático y atento conmigo. Me gustó mucho su trato porque siempre tenía una sonrisa y me hizo sentir más cómoda. 😊
