L'emplacement dans une rue commerçante populaire. Il y'a plusieurs restaurants/street food juste à côté de l'hotel. Le petit packet reservé aux clients le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Malherusement, c'était en place pendant quelques jours et puis ça a disparu.

J'ai effectué dans cet hotel 2 séjours séparés d'un weekend où j'ai voyagé dans une autre ville. Alors que j'ai laissé une valise et 2 petits sacs (remplis de catalogues et cartes de visite récupérés au fair), j'ai reçu un message pendant mon voyage que je devais arriver avant 18H, sinon ma resevation serait annulée si je ne payais pas à l'avance, les données de ma carte bancaire utilisée pour la reservation n'étant pas suffisants! Malgré plusieurs tentatives de communication avec l'Hotel pour expliquer mon arrivée tardive à cause de mon voyage, le fait qu'ils avaient mes affaires et que ma reservation était garantie sur Booking par ma carte bancaire, on ne voulait rien savoir (Voir échange sur la capture d'écran). Heureseument j'ai pu avoir une chambre car il restait encore de la disponibilité à mon arrivée, sinon je ne sait pas ce qui aurait pu passer. Le pire c'est que j'ai découvert qu'ils avaient perdu l'un des 2 sacs que j'ai laissé avec tous les documents qui étaient dedans. Il a fallu plus de 24H et plusieurs reclamations de ma part avant qu'ils se décident de regarder les caméras pour découvrir que l'un des clients a été autorisé à rentrer seul dans la salle des baggages et qui a pris mon sac par erreur. Heureusement, le client venaint d'arriver à l'Hotel et y sejournait encore, j'ai pu donc récuprer mon sac le lendemain. Pas besoin de s'attarder sur l'état de l'Hotel et des chambres qui sont très loin de ce qui est annoncé et affiché sur le site de Booking. Enfin ne vous fiez pas à la note, la manger de l'hotel insiste d'une manière agressive sur les clients lors du Check-out pour remplir le feedback de Booking sur le champ et y mettre de bonnes notes. Personellement, j'ai refusé et j'ai vu d'autres clients faire de même, mais je suppose que certains clients peuvent être intimidés.

The location on a popular street with several restaurants/street food right next to the hotel. The small breakfast pack reserved for customers in the morning. Unfortunately, it was there for a few days and then it disappeared.

The rooms are very small and the hotel is quite old, some rooms have been renovated but this is not the case on all floors. The photos on Booking are misleading. Be careful with the rooms facing the street, very noisy. Smell of cigarettes in the rooms! Sometimes smoke even comes from neighboring rooms through the ventilation system! The hotel is very far from the Metro stations, it takes around fifteen minutes to walk. The distances noted on Booking are false. The first day upon arrival I could not find the Hotel alone even with the help of passers-by. Western GPS systems do not recognize the hotel or the address indicated. I had to take a Taxi and give him the address in Chinese to get there. On Booking the hotel claims a free shuttle to the airport, but this is not true. There is no shuttle at all. The staff does not speak English, even at the reception the level of English is very low. They ask you to pay in advance for your stay and they do not warn you that Visa/Mastercard cards...are not accepted. If you don't use Alipay or Wechat, you need to provide Cash, but they don't tell you that before, even though the card information is requested for reservation, it's not enough. My suitcase was searched during my stay. Even if a priori I haven't lost anything, it's very frustrating to realize that the suitcase has been forced. When I reported to reception, I was told that investigation will be made, but I never heard back

L'odeur. Il ya une forte odeur de renfermé, la moquette sent! Ça sent la cigarette egalement. Et les toilettes pas bien nettoyé.

Front Desk Staff's manners needs to improve vastly and there is a tiny lift and while they were doing renovations, and everyone rushes into the lift before the occupants can get out of the lift, which is kinda dumb!!! One particular front desk staffs needs to be trained to speak to guests in a polite and civil manner. One bad apple ruin the whole lot. I will never be back. Their loss not mine!! I could have easily spent RMB30,000 yearly and for a long time which is what happened before the pandemic
