The ocean is literally right outside. So relaxing watching the sun go down each evening with the sound of ocean waves crashing on the shore or waking up in the morning to the relaxing sounds of the ocean!

Parts of the apartment are beginning to show their age, but this location at this price, you hardly notice.

The ocean view and 2 bedrooms was a great set up for our family!

Great location

It was a dump. Refrigerator is completely brown on top with rust. A lot of rust elsewhere. Built in 1976, I doubt anything has been updated (except the ceiling fans and I can tell they were replaced by the white spackle used to fill in holes). The unit is screaming for paint to cover up filth on the walls. The floors are a mess as well. Look at the picture of the broken hair dryer specially the rust and extrapolate that throughout the condo. I’ve used Booking.com a lot in the past but now doubt that I will use them again if this is the type of rental units that they offer.

The main room was very nice and had plenty of utensils and dish ware for us to use. The bed was super soft and the rooms view was very nice.

The pool water was very warm so not very refreshing in hot day.

Wonderful ocean Front, our lanai was only 2 steps from the beautiful waves, a great experience going to sleep to the sound. Kona Bali Kai pool is so large and refreshing on warm Kona afternoons. There is a full kitchen making it easier to enjoy your beautiful condo- stay in!
