Poor, expensive if you consider what you’re receiving vs what you’re paying.

The unit was just as pictured. Very nice and all that we needed. The view was wonderful and that’s something that’s important to me. For an additional fee my husband golfed and raved about the course. Would definitely go back and recommend this unit to anyone.

Super clean, well stocked and perfect location. We were able to watch Monkey's in the trees from our balcony every morning and afternoon. We were only a mile and a half from the gorgeous Playa Conchal beach which is nice if you have a car or don't mind getting a little exercise to and from the beach. They also have a beach shuttle if you would rather go that route. Once at the beach there are plenty of beach chairs to use as well as a Pool and restaurant/bar. This is our thrid time staying at Reserva Conchal and we can't wait to book our next stay!

Small bathroom

I liked the convenience of staying in the Reserva Conchal property, including the access to the beach and restaurant. It is definitely a large oasis or well-designed community in the middle of it all. The condo itself was immaculately maintained with contactless access, and everything you need to enjoy a getaway with the privacy that is necessary in today's environment. I arrived at night and was very pleased with the view from the balcony -- the sea over the tree tops.
