The apartment is very clean and very close to the tram to visit the city . Self check in very easy information very clear . I appreciate the fact that in the apartment we have found shampoo and shower gel , coffe . The lady with comunicate always very nice and answer quicker . We loved it !

Spacious Room. Good location. Seperate bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great location, and we got it for a good price. We also received some sweets and a bottle of wine

The host was annoying to deal with. It was very difficult for her to understand that I only needed parking for one day instead of two( we stayed for 2 nights). She was acting condescending towards me for not wanting two days of parking, basically calling me cheap, whilst she was trying to bargain for another 5 euros for the parking. She was asking for another 30 euro cleaning fee that wasn't specified on booking, she only told me about it on the check-in day. A 20 euro cleaning fee is specified in the details of the booking for stays over 3 nights, but we only spent two nights so that doesn't apply to us. Plus for the state of the apartment, asking 30 euros for the "cleaning fee" is outrageous. The dishes, pans and pots had spots on them, and it only took us a little scrubbing to get them out, so it wouldn't have been hard for her to do it properly. There was random stuff stored in the apartment, like she was using this as a storage box. One of the shower cabins was missing a door, so you couldn't really use unless you wanted a flood. And finally the couch was broken and couldn't be used extended. It wasn't a big problem for us because only one of us was supposed to sleep on the couch, and that was doable with the couch unextended, but if you plan on sleeping two people on the couch, ask that it's fixed up before. The host said that she didn't know about it, but if she would have tried to extend it and prepare the couch for us( like most others hosts do), that would have been immediately obvious.
