5o piso sin ascensor …

Las vistas y lo confortable que era el apartamento. Además destacar que tenia de todo y están todos muy limpio .

Que fuese un quinto piso sin ascensor , a la hora de la compra y con un niño pequeño se hace bastante complicado .

Küche vollständig ausgestattet, Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet und alles Sauber. Ein paar Abnutzungsspuren an manchen Stellen der Wohnung (kleinere Wandbeschädigungen durch Stühle verursacht) sichtbar. Lage super und von der Wohnung (5. Etage) direkten Blick zum Meer. Zum schönen, feinsandigen und weitläufigen Strand ca. 300m zu laufen.

Das kein Aufzug vorhanden war, da sich die Wohnung in der 5. Etage befindet. Im Urlaub und für einen begrenzten Zeitraum finde ich das aber nicht so schlimm wenn man fit ist. Außerdem ist TREPPEN steigen sehr gesund :-)

The apartment was clean with modern design and furnishings.

Access to the apartment is up 5 flights of narrow stairs and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. This is not advertised. The views from the apartment are partly of the beach but substantially of an industrial port and wasteland. The walls are thin and one bedroom cannot be used because of the level of noise from next door. The smell of drains in the bathroom is overpowering.

Clean, nice sea view but no city view, lots of shops and restaurants near by.

11 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, it is unbelievable that it is not mentioned, heating only in sitting room, no soundproofing so noise was horrendous from inside and outside, widow glass to thin, neighbours who like to party (you can even hear them using the bathroom, walls are so thin) we were sleep deprived. Horrible smell from bathroom and electric trips all the time so you are limited in what you can use at the same time. We could not use 2 hobs and oven at same time even making sure nothing else was on. would not have booked had we had all correct information. Really spoilt our holiday.

The property has a nice terrace from where you can see the sun rise. Also, a lot of free parking places and restaurants near-by.
