This apartment was clean and a generous size. It was quiet and an easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. It was also an easy commute by water bus to Venice mainland. The apartment was well equipped and staff communicated well with us and kept us on track. The bed was very comfortable.
The view is only partial view and it is in a built up area...however this did not stop us enjoying sitting out on the balcony.

Super location, nice and quiet. Cool aircondition. Beautiful balcony with view. A really nice part of Venice, a little out of the madness.

Carlotta couldn't have been more helpful. From the detailed instructions of how to get from the train station to the property, how to get around, where to go to eat and how to get back she couldn't have been more approachable. The property was lovely, very spacious and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved being on Giudecca. It is very quiet while having restaurants, bars and water taxis close by.
The terrace was nice but usually too hot and when you sit down you lose the view.
