Good size, clean comfortable room. We got the "Deluxe" Room and not the "Suite" so no view from our room which was fine. The Suite Room is larger and had a nice view of the valley below.
The Room had a Mini Frig to keep the drinks cold as it was Summer time.
WiFi was strong and stable.
AC worked great because it was a HOT weekend (36-37C)! Plus AC was positioned perfectly so that it does not blow directly on the bed.
Good parking spaces large enough for 2 cars.
Area and neighbors were quiet so no issues at night sleeping.
Price point was great for the location.
Owner was quite responsive to text messages and very welcoming when we arrived later than planned.
Owner's Mom was adorable and caring! She served breakfast with a great spread of food to start you off perfectly for the day. We miss you Momma Bella, Ti Amo! :):):)
Perfect stay to quickly drive to the Hiking Trails of Cala Goloritzé, Cala Mariolu, Cala Birìala, and Cala Sisine. We will stay again!
The only complaint is that the shower door did not close properly so water does leak out onto the floor and get the floor mat all wet.
Recommend providing more clothes hangers for those staying longer to hang more clothing in the closet.

the hostess has a heartwarming way and is so almost friendly! The rooms are good size and very clean with a fantastic view over the city and a balcony with seat opportunity

The hosts made this place SO SPECIAL! The sweetest mother + son duo. They made us feel so comfortable and at home and gave us such an authentic experience! We don't speak any Italian and the owner doesn't special English, but we were still able to connect and have a wonderful time every morning at breakfast!
Really wasn't anything I didn't like.. definitely wouldn't stay here if you are doing a car rental, but we had one so it was totally fine!!

Easy arrival and very good instructions via WhatsApp by the host. Very clean and comfortable room. Grateful for the mini fridge, a parking spot, really great hot water and a gracious host who cooked breakfast.
Nothing really. A larger bathmat instead of a small towel for stepping out of the shower. And perhaps a way to self checkin if needed, if the host isn’t around. We were greeted by the host at the door and immediately taken down to have a welcome glass of orange juice and chitchat before going to our room. If socializing with your host isn’t something you want to do, then maybe this isn’t the spot for you. But we thought it was lovely. Mama made us eggs for breakfast, even though that’s not a normal Italian breakfast.

The name of this listing has the word "Experience" and with good reason. This is not just any standard stay but an experience where you are made to feel as though you are part of the family and not just a visitor. The lovely Bonaria and her son Battista are excellent hosts so I cannot recommend this place more. It felt as though I was still living at my mum's, especially with the daily breakfast (including delicious homemade biscuits) and chats in Bonaria's very own kitchen. Battista is very knowledgeable when it comes to outdoor activities around the area since he also works as a guide. His tips were a great help to us when planning our days. As a bonus to all this, the views from the room are spectacular and the room was spacious, clean and cosy. Thank you both for making our stay so special! Hope to see you again soon :)
Nothing about the place that I didn't like. I just wish I am a fluent Italian speaker as they don't speak much English so I was limited in how much I could communicate. Since my friend speaks fluent Italian I was using him whenever I got stuck :)

Everything, from the location to the super friendly host. An old lady, household mother offering us her genuine side, lovely coffee and food. A very warm and homely experience.
There was nothing I disliked. I truly enjoyed the host’s company.

Breakfast was good. The hostes and her son were very accommodating. However, you need to express yourself using google translate in English language. The owner speaks Italian, French and Spanish.
Driving to Baunei was beyond our expectations. The 60 kms driving to get there from Dorgali was wild, rocky highly very steep terrain and zigzags highway all the way to Baunei town. If you like the thrill of steep driving, then this drive is for you.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Mama is a fantastic person and host. I wish I could take her home with me, wonderful food and great people.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was lovely and cheerful. We do not speak Italian and she did not speak English, but she made a lot of effort to chat with us and we all managed to have a laugh. Baunei is also a very cute town.

I booked very last minute and still can’t believe I lucked into this gem! The hosts are the best and it was a great chance to practice my Italian. The room was sparkling clean and outfitted with so many thoughtful details - Wifi was stable & pretty fast (especially for Sardinia). The views from my balcony were *chef's kiss* - you could see all the way from the sea, across the valley, to the mountains. Breakfast each morning was a special treat and I was always able to take a few items with me on my adventures for the day. 10/10 I would recommend this place to everyone - even made some new friends!

nice place to stay when visiting the east coast, the property is very clean and comfortable, and the hosts are super kind most welcoming people! the home made breakfast was delicious and you can count on them for the best advice on the region!

Our hostess Bonaria and her son tried to communicate with us when they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian 😁 We felt very welcome and it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted with coffee and homemade cookies on arrival and Bonaria even packed us a sandwich for the next day.

We spent two nights in beautiful Baunei at this lovely place. Highly recommended!
The room was recently renovated. Thus, the room is modern, spotless and its furniture is in good condition. The highlight was the big balcony with an awesome mountain view.
Next to the room itself, Bonaria and her son Battista are the perfect hosts. They are welcoming, friendly hosts who serves strong Italian coffee and home made breakfast. Thank you for having us!

We had a really warm welcome by the Bonaria and Batiste. They made us feel like home. When we arrived Bonaria made us italian coffee and we sat back to talk a little bit.
The rooms are beautifull. The view from the balcony on Banei and the wide scenery is amazing! The beds where really comfortable and clean. The shower was lovely and also really clean.
In the morning we had breakfast from Bonaria, wich was really good, with bread, egg, fruit, sweets and coffee just how we liked it. She offered to take the leftovers with us for lunch (and you will have leftovers because there is a lot).
I deffinetely reccomend this place to whoever is visiting the area of Baunei!!!
Nothing really. If i have to say something it is a steep climb from town, but that is impossible to skip when you are in Baunei.

The host Bonaria is lovely, very heart warming and takes care about you all the time (for example she knows what you need when you go on an 8 hour beach boat tour!) Everything is kept very private. She makes this place special! Thanks again!

Boladina is very very nice, she cooked excellent breakfast to us (when we arrived, she served us some juice and home made cookie which was great!) But it was a little pity that she couldn't speak english and we don't speak italian, so we need goole translate to help us. Anyway, she was nice and highly recommend this place to you!

Imagine going to your grandmother -she will make you good breakfast, cofee, talk with you (in italian). That s how we felt. Is the perfect place to stay if you want to go the next day to Cala Goloritze beach

We had a great stay at b&b boladina experience! The room is located on top of a hill and from the balcony we have amazing views of the valley! The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Ms. Bonaria is an extremely nice person! She prepared a really nice breakfast for us and we enjoyed spending time with her. Elisa, Ms. Bonaria and the son of Ms. Bonaria are very nice and communicative. The interaction with them was very smooth and they replied quickly! I recommend staying at b&b boladina experience.

It’s set high on the mountains with absolutely breathtaking views. The room was so spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable and great temperature. I had issues with my rental car and they rang me to help talk me through it on the way over.
When I arrived the host made me coffee, had homemade cakes and gave me bottles of water. She couldn’t do enough to make me feel at home. She wanted to know what time to have breakfast ready by the next day and what I liked. Since I’m vegetarian she wanted to ensure I had enough food, giving me extra cheese and eggs!
The evening I arrived I walked to a restaurant as I was tired from driving, there’s loads nearby. I stopped off at a bar for a beer with the most stunning views it was spectacular! I then walked to dinner and back home. They will recommended places to walk to or drive to depending. The next day I went to Cala Goloritze and it was a 15 minute drive from the place which is great and there’s a supermarket 5 mins walking distance.
All in all I couldn’t recommend it more. Such a great price and it’s so lovely to feel so welcomed into someone’s home who genuinely cares about you and your stay. I would stay there again for sure.
