The apartment is AMAZING! so quirky, comfortable and the location is fantastic! The facilities were great with bread milk, eggs, butter etc all included! communication with the owner was brilliant! this is the second Time I’ve stayed there and would recommend to anyone! will def be the place I stay every time we stay in TW!

Property was clean, well furnished with good breakfast options.

The layout; too many steps. Actic bedroom too hot, accessed via first bedroom and bathroom other side of kitchen and steps to each room. Not suitable for someone close to 80 years of age. There should be a warning on the website.

It is a clean, warm and cosy apartment! Landlord is easy to communicate with, apartment is secured and easy to access. Good location, easy to park. At the same time, there are so many shops both big chain shops and independent stores around, good restaurants. If traveling by train, the railway station is easy accessed on foot. Situated in the middle of a historical town, there are so many to see, definitely coming back to explore more!

Wash basin in the toilet is a bit high, if a step can be provided, that will be easy for family with young children.

The property was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a few nights away.

Location was great and the flat was very clean and stylishly decorated. Generally very comfortable and with lots of room for all of us. David was very helpful in giving us detailed instructions.

I am used to having an en suite bathroom as we do at home. I realise this is quite spoiled of me! Also it was not so easy to load and unload our bags as the parking is in a multi story car park. This being said it is a lovely flat and very well located for the centre of town.

The location was brilliant and all the facilities were spot on. The owners communication and accommodation was excellent

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, added bonus was that the owner had left us breakfast, milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate!! It was way more than we were expecting! The place was very clean and cosy! The sofa in the living room was unbelievably comfortable! Once you sat you didn't want to get up! There was Netflix and an Alexa, which I wasn't aware of until my 4 year old started speaking to her and then music started play baby sharks! I highly recommend! After an event we ordered a takeaway and had movie night! Absolutely perfect! Can't wait to go back! Has dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi ! It's like home from home! Just wished we booked two nights so we could explore more in the area! The landlord checked in on us to make sure we got in OK and to make sure everything was OK and also gave us his number incase we has any problems! Can not recommend this place enough everything was above and beyond! Thank you!

Very comfortable spacious apartment. Nice breakfast items left by host.

The amount of stairs we had to climb! We were a party of 2 older ladies with mobility issues and found the stairs very hard to climb especially as there were no proper bannisters to hold on to. Also there was no shower mat which could have been dangerous.

Very nice spacious apartment in the heart of Tunbridge Wells with a large modern bathroom and huge, fluffy towels. Bedrooms are at the back and very quiet, which was great. Milk and bread a lovely touch but realised this morning that the 4 eggs in the fridge were dated 25th May, so couldn’t eat those and didn’t risk using the jams, spreads, mayo etc as these were decanted into little pots.

Could have done with a cleaning cloth and antibacterial spray.

Absolutely delighted to find great bread on the counter. Those little things really do make a difference. Lovely host!
