This was our fourth trip to Carmel since 2015 and we had a wonderful time. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals provided for a great experience. Little Sandpiper Cottage was PERFECT and so convenient to everything!

Wonder place to spend 30 days. No question we would return. Very clean. Everything you would need at Little Sandpiper is provided. Location to the beach and Ocean Ave is great.

Beautiful home, well appointed, great location but the Sanctuary’s representation does not do it just. Mid- month cleaning was a show up and leave with linens taken and not replaced. The refrigerator was reported to have a strong odor twice and nothing was done, it’s clean but something was left previously for an extended period to rot. The oven was left dirty as the microwave was not cleaned either. It's not the property that’s the issue, it’s the management company.
