We truly enjoyed our entire stay. The house was clean and supplied everything we needed. Communication with Mgmt co was excellent and they responded quickly when needed. House was close to Sunriver Village which was convenient . Would stay here again!

Great for a smaller size group. Close to all you want access to!

Overall, our experience was fine. However, if I were to be critical, there are a couple items that should be corrected if this home is to be looked at as anything other than average. First, there is only basic cable and no cable in the master bedroom. Also (just for info purposes) no tv’s in the other 2 bedrooms. My other issue would be that even though this house has recently been renovated, there is no air conditioning. We stayed there in May so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Just something to be aware of.

Stayed with a couple of colleagues attending a conference for work.

The house worked well for our needs, not far from the village, easy access to Hwy 97 heading into Bend and easy access to Mt Bachelor. The gas fireplace was a perk, much easier than having to chop kindling, move wood and start a fire each day. Bedding was soft, towles were abundant for showers and the hot tub. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needing for cooking and cleaning, including a crock pot which we were initially informed it did not have. Only a few items were noticed overall including dust and cobwebs on the ceiling light fixtures and around furnishings at the floor level. The house overall is dimly lit, inside and out back by the hot tub. There is a lack of accessible electrical outlets in the master bedroom which was a bit frustrating as well as a nightstand only on one side of the bed. Due to the weather the walkway was very icy from the parking area to the front door or it was a large puddle at other times. Overall the house worked out great, all appliances worked well, heated floors were really neat, great window blinds, gas fireplace and the hot tub were all wonderful.

The home was exactly as described. Very clean and newly updated! The home was stocked with everything we needed and we loved the walk in shower. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars all around!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy home during the Christmas weekend. The hot tub, TV, large windows, good bedroom sizes and clean well furnished bathrooms were part of our positive experience. We would have preferred a firmer bed in all the bedrooms and cookware which were not worn out.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Everything was very clean, and we loved the log furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom were very nice and updated. The shower in the master bath had amazing pressure. Just a few minor critiques that could have improved the experience: The lighting throughout was very dim. We had to use flashlights to put together a puzzle in the living room in the evening. One of the bedrooms had no overhead lighting at all. We couldn't get the floor by the couch to heat up very well. A few throw blankets in the living room would have been nice. Also some hooks to hang up coats. We just threw everything in a pile or hung on chairs. The bedrooms were pretty chilly at night. I think the heated floors in the main area made it warmer in that part of the house and caused the furnace to turn off before the bedrooms got warm. We had four people who needed to take showers in the morning but ran out of hot water after two. We were told this is normal so you might want to plan ahead for this and have some people shower in the evening. The short walkway to the hot tub was snowy and icy and not good lighting, so I opted for a bath instead. Thankfully, there was a nice deep tub for soaking. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very dusty and dirty. It also would have been nice if there were two nightstands in the master so both people could have somewhere to plug in and set phones and glasses of water. Again, these are just minor things that would have improved our experience. Overall, we were very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication with manager was great. Had to change a light bulb and this exposed the need for additional dusting around the lights. But no complaints and overall wonderful experience

This was a really cute comfortable home. Furniture was really comfy and had room for the 6 of us. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was fully stocked. It has everything we needed for our three night stay. The toaster was broken so I called the property management and we had a new one delivered within the hour. I was very impressed all around and I will try and rent this same home this summer for my family.

It was the perfect spacious place for 7 of us and two dogs! We didn’t feel like we were crammed or anything which was great! It also was great to have bikes available for us to use. A fun feature was that the flooring is heated so it was nice waking up to warm floors! I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. The location was probably one of my favorite. Close to the village and close to a good bike ride to the stables, airport, or to watch the otters. The only thing I wish we could have had control over, was the fireplace. Also, we couldn't figure out where the bike path met up with the neighborhood. That didn't deter us though:) All and all... amazing trip and mom and I... and maybe my aunt! Will be back next year.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. We noticed that the floors are heated along the duck work cozy in some spots cold and others. Bring outlet covers if traveling with a small child. One outlet was taped onto the wall - assuming this to be a temporary solution. The grill, dishwasher, and washer/dryer worked well! The bikes were a nice perk as we only needed to rent a child’s trailer and helmet.

Again we had a nice time. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. Bikes were fun and reliable (some could use lights and bells and a seat tightened). It was too bad that SHARC was closed the whole time so we never got to experience that (due to air quality). There are some items that could have been improved on (hence the 4 star rating): no soap in the hand pump in the primary bathroom, oven automatically went in clean mode 2x’s and smoked out the house. A/C would have been nice, the coffee machine is due to be replaced. Pot and pan bottom non stick is coming off = food sticks.

Great house. Came here with a couple of my friends and loved the place. Perfect for a couple day get away. Only complaint would be there was little outdoor lighting so sitting outside after sunset was hard especially trying to get in and out of the hot tub in almost pitch black but over all we all loved the place

We had an amazing stay! All of our needs were met and we look forward to coming back! Lots of memories were made in just 3 days!

Very nice, very clean, excellent location. Very well stocked kitchen. Hot tob was perfect. All bedding and towels very nice and high quality. We had a very nice time and great stay. Would come back.
