There were no tv inside and they not inform...when we call the agent they will said they forgot to tell about it..the agen also don't return deposit when we chekout
It's already 3days but deposit still not returned..the agent also not pickup call and don't reply MASSAGE when I ask for my deposit..its a scammer and I will lodge a police report

1. asked to pay deposit (RM200) before getting the key.
(lots of reviews saying they did not get back their deposit)
2. we got a different room from the one which we booked. we were changed to room 4-04 (for Chinese u mah know how unlucky number it is)
3. the room was very dirty, and the pillow did not have cover, the furnitures were all broken. No hair dryer provided.
4. Someone will go in your house without your concern when you are not around.
5. Did not make any refund even we did not stay there more than 5 minutes and they did not give any reasonable explanation and ignored your message. ( we don’t want to stay at a place where someone else will go in without our concern) ( we don’t want to stay at a dirty place)

Nice room
So hard to communicate with owner, owner only reply once before checkin and no response or so whatever after checkout regarding deposit, deposit never refund untill today its been more than 7working days, they promise to refund within 1 to 5 working days, i will lodge police report due to this matter

careful with the staff. feel like scammers !!! don’t give any deposit money in their acc because they don’t return it event you left the apartment in good condition.

My deposit didn't refund, call & wasap not reply after check out. Also need to pay the parking fee for 3 days 2 night.

The worst homestay that i stayed was at Galaxy home at Sri Sayang Apartment. I will never ever recomend anyone to book a stay here. Worst service ever. Terrible facilities. The owner really not helpful at all. My worst experience stayed here. The aircond is not working, water heater is not working, no wifi, broken furnitures, fridge is not working, android box not working, no free car park. In the advertisement, was mentioned free car park, but it was charged rm10 per night. The owner is not responding to my call and msg, but keep asking about security deposit to be bank in. I did call and message the owner so many times, but he did not reply any of my msg and did not answer my call at all. Until i check out , and called him almost 58 times for my security deposit, he still did not reply my message and didnt answer my call ,even did not refund me my security deposit. He just never bother my messages. Most of the furniture are all not well maintained, and broken. Besidea that electrical appliciance also mostly not working like aircond, heater, fridge not working at all. Seriously wasted my rm350 staying at this worst homestay.

Only the location is nice, but we should had booked with another different owner
Overall a very dispointing stay.Owner is difficult to get to. The service was bad. I had to call up the owner the same day of check in to confirm with him my booking. Upon check in we found out that towel, soap and water heater not working. They could only replenish the soap and towels. Already 2 days after check out and I still cannot get any response from owner on my Rm200 deposit. I will strongly ban this vendor and discourage future booking with them.

the location is good and nice for relaxing only …
The rooms and the toilets are very dirty and smelly.. The kitchen is not clean and hygiene to cook something to eat …

The house was dirty and the tab water came out with gold colour.the owner didn’t pick up my call for over 30x times honestly

The balcony had a nice view and the shower was good.
The apartment was disappointing. the floor was sticky, The refrigerator was smelly (not usable at all). One of the blanket was torn. One of the room air-con stopped. 6 of us had to cramp into 2 bedroom only. we were more out than in.
