Non c'è niente di meglio delle sistemazioni sulla spiaggia e questo è il più vicino possibile alla tua spiaggia privata! Questo condominio è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e generi alimentari Flamingo, e il vicino porto turistico è un ottimo punto di partenza per qualsiasi attività acquatica che potresti voler fare durante la tua vacanza.

On the evening we arrived at the resort the condo was not made up from the previous occupants. Krain advised us that they would reimburse us $300 for our inconvenience. They later told us it would be in cash and they would be by the condo to give us the money. The night before we left an employee sent a message asking what time we were leaving and I told them to come by at 8:30 am. He didn’t arrive until 10am just as we were getting into our shuttle. We wonder what would have happened if we would have left 10 minutes before he arrived, if we would have received the money. Also, our condo was satisfactory but the “resort” was totally was not at all what the pictures on the advertisement showed. It was not well maintained and run down. The pictures showed a Monkey swim up bar which was not operational and a mess. Lounge chairs unpainted and planters broken. I would not recommend the Flamingo Marina resort at all.

I travel solo a lot and this place was perfect. I read other reviews and they were mostly accurate about the facilities. The pool was open and clean, I just preferred snorkeling at the beach. It was spectacular… turtles, rays, puffers and porcupine fish. The condo is amazing. Well appointed and very comfortable. I will keep it in mind the next time I return. Great location to other beaches and restaurants.

Just what we needed

We were there in August. It was very peaceful and quiet. There was always a security guard there, plus the police station is right next door. The pictures in the listing look great, but don’t do the place justice. Views are more amazing in person. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Less than 5 minutes walk down the stairs to a beautiful beach. A small grocery store was conveniently located next door, as well as a Mexican/taco place (looked good but didn’t get a chance to try). Lots of other stuff in short walking distance. Loved our stay.

My husband and I loved this property and will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit Costa Rica. The condo itself is very spacious and very clean and the views are amazing. Yes the resort itself is not really operating but we kind of liked that. We had the pool to ourselves and were our own bartenders at the swim up bar. The property is very close to Angelina's, which is a fantastic restaurant and the private beach area was perfect. I highly recommend.

Condo was excellent, recently remodeled with new kitchen, tasteful furniture, new bathrooms. Resort itself has seen better days. Location to beach, restaurants was superb.

The unit was fine, area not. No other properties occupied, attendants did not speak English, very, very poor communication, pools were not in working condition, main one not expected to be fixed until after we had left. Not impressed with the area. No one on the premise when we arrived. Our driver from the airport had to help us get into the unit. Dark, unable to see the lock.

Don't let the drive up to the condo complex scare you. The outside was very misleading however once into the condo it was very clean. Incredible property and would of loved to stay longer. The property manager was very responsive and helped with food recommendations and planned a excursions for us. Not much of a view for sunsets but has a great view for sunrises from the master bedroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as shown on the pictures and even better. I loved the self check in process and management was helpful at all times. They even let me do a complimentary late check out since I had a diving trip during the morning. I can’t wait to be back!

This unit meets the highest standard of vacation rental. All rooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated. The view from the bedroom overlooking the bay is breathtaking. The extended resort is modern and offers shopping and restaurant choices. Ideal getaway from the frantic city life. A place one wants to return to.
