The room was on the smaller side but still perfect. Everything was super clean and the pool is lovely especially with how hot it gets. The staff were so welcoming, especially the receptionist who was super helpful and talkative

Lovely pool, room was very clean and bathroom had a hot powerful shower, good air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful in guidance towards getting some laundry done. A welcome fruit plate was a nice touch after a hot day of travelling. The breakfast is placed on the table outside your room with a knock in the morning at a time of your choosing. It’s a little way away from the main strip but not too far (8ish mins walk) which is good if you want a bit of peace and quiet. I’d recommend hiring bike or scooter from opposite the hotel for getting about the island. It’s a bit far to walk to the usual hangout spots for turtles, sunrise, sunset. It also allows you to check out the middle of the island a bit more and see how/where locals work and live. WiFi is very good and there is a nice warung on the corner for cheap tasty Indonesian and south East Asian cuisine. Lots of local shops for food, drink, snacks etc nearby. The mosque is close by so expect to hear the call to prayer - I found this a nice cultural experience as I’m not from a Muslim majority country, but the hotel provides earplugs should you not want to hear it quite so loud.

This isn't really the hotels fault, but we were staying during Ramadan, and the hotel is right next to the mosque. That actually meant we couldn't sleep - the call to prepare started around 10.30 and went on for 2.5 hours - then again at 430AM. I'm not against the call to prayer and respect this is a Muslim island, but this was like some kind of torture.
